Not hot water. Fridge no working and lack of towels and sheets. Also not enough pillow Water without pressure. They said it was because many people shower at the same time !!!!

Great property and room, noisy because of the interstate but I knew that going in.

I didn't like my room was right next to the ice .machine i couldn't sleep every people come to get ice i wake up. Other then that it would a been perfect.

The property is located right next to a highway, literally steps away. The noise from the cars would not let you sleep all night. You don’t want such an experience on a vacation. The staff were nice and courteous and service was good.

Mold was found on mirror and behind mirror. Everything was stained and dirty sheets had every bodily fluid you could imagine on them clear as day. When I spoke with the manager he refused to do anything about it as far as clean it or change my room. Asked for a refund to change hotels he told me no. So I stayed. At around 3 am I was awoken by a cockroach crawling up my back turned the lights on and seen more scurry away. My 2 year old daughter was in the opposing bed who knows if she had been attacked like I was. Went to the front desk insisted they do something. The front desk worker asked the manager if he could do anything he said no. Surprisingly the worker over rode what he said and gave me a partial refund. I then had to call every hotel near by at 3 am to find a safe place to sleep. I lost a good nights rest witch impacted my ability to spend quality time and money spent on Disney that following day and I’m also out the money spend getting my clothing and personal items washed and disinfected to ensure I didn’t bring home any unwanted guests. Don’t waste your time or money. The photos look decent but not all things seem as they appear.

I stayed solo.one night. Room was very clean. Room.was located first floor near the stairs. Heard some people talking, but nothing passed 10pm. Television only got two channels due to it being Dish Network. Wifi worked well. All in all, worth the money.

The room was clean and looked to have just been painted but it had a musky smell .

This is a basic hotel with fridge, microwave, bath tub,pool in an excellent location. The price is excellent for the location. There is a breakfast buffet available for $11. Room was very clean and TV was large and modern. Late checkout is available without a fee which I really appreciated. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Directly next to I-4 and the walls are as thin as a piece of paper. You can hear everything from everywhere. The people next door turned on the sink and you could hear the water running. The front desk was nice but the room was outdated and rusty.

On a book 3 chambres d’hôtel ici et ça été la pire experience à vie pour un séjour dans un hotel. On arrive déjà l’odeur humide du tapis qui envahie la chambre. Il y avait des traces de rouge À LÈVRE ROUGE sur un oreillé, des traces de liquide sur le bol de toilette, des cheveux et poussière partout dans toilette et un peu partout. Sur le lit y avait dea crumbles de je ne sais trop quoi! Il y a des coquerelles seigneurs! Le tuyaux du lavabo de la chambre a ma cousine coulait, il y avait une grosse tache noir sous les couverture (le lit supposément changé) si je pouvais mettre des photos ici croyez moi jlaurais fait. On va à la reception du gars de nuit! Il m’a dit on te rembourse pas tu peux prendre tes affaires et partir. Même pas un je vais vous changer de chambre etc. expedia A1 en service à la clientèle, l’agent tente de contacter lhotel, le telephone sonne le receptionniste laisse sonner jdis ben repondez c’est expedia! Il dit non jrepond pas, si tu veux tu parlera avec le manager demain matin! Plusieurs agents ont tenté de le rejoindre encore vu qu’on était trois chambres à se plaindre. J’en passe encore de tout les détails sales et horribles des chambres et du gars à la reception de nuit! À la limite il m’aurait craché dessus pour retourner dormir dans son lobby! Les photos fancy de l’hôtel que vous voyez, svp c’est vrmt pas vrai. La reception c’est le seul endroit propre mais sinon c’est super degueulass. Maybe soundproof the rooms better. We were right next to I-4. Quite noisy near our room.

I had a lovely stay at this very clean property with friendly staff. However, I found that the noise from the housekeeping carts and staff during the early morning hours was quite noticeable and somewhat disruptive. Addressing this issue could enhance the overall experience for guests.

Excellent hotel.

Prior to booking my stay, I checked the reviews and they were generally decent reviews; however, I unfortunately did NOT have a good experience here at all. After checking in around 3pm, I went to Universal Studios, where I spent most of my day. I came back to the hotel somewhere around 10pm, showered and went straight to bed. I woke up around 7am to use the bathroom, where I encountered some roaches (one of my biggest fears). I managed to kill two, and the smaller ones ran underneath the floorboard. I was so disgusted and uncomfortable, I quickly got ready, packed my bag and made my way out to the hotel lobby. While getting ready, my boyfriend also noticed mold on the bedside table lamp. I explained to the person at the front desk about my experience, and he simply apologized for the inconvenience and told me they cannot do anything for me except check-out and offer me a free pass into the breakfast buffet. I was very upset about this outcome because I paid money to have an unfortunately disgusting stay at a hotel (which was cut short due to my disgust and discomfort), and all they can do for me is offer me an extremely mediocre breakfast buffet? I am a very understanding person, and I am not picky by any means; however, this is something I simply cannot be okay with. I have never had an experience like this at a hotel, and I am extremely disappointed and upset about the experience and the outcome.

We are delighted by our stay on this property, the room was comfortable, bed has good heating and air conditioning, awesome comfortable beds, Mina at the front desk was helpful - allowing us to leave our luggages so we can explore before checking in , really great location close to Universal Orlando , Wanderworld and Seaworld and the Epic Mcdo , Gustavo and Hilton are specially helpful on loading our bags on the cart when we were checked in , Sirlene, Danilo , Aura and Sofia are nice enough to say hi, will stay definitely again if we are at the area.
