Great place freeway accessible & very nice staff and convenient fast food & shopping surroundings.

Staff was wonderful, specially Angel , she went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. There were issues with cockroaches that should be treated

Was a ver spacious room just wasnt the cleanest, area was dead but quiet. Not too bad tho

The staff was super duper nice. They were upbeat, good-spirited, and extremely helpful. That's why this was my second trip. This time I had more ROACHES than before. I really tried to overlook them but they were just RAMPID... they were everywhere EXCEPT the bed which I appreciated

Easy access fast check in

there was so much dirt on the floor my feet were black . I felt like I was on an ice rink . the toilet was covered in soo much dirt I had to use the shower to wash it off .when I lifted the sheet there was a dust cloud in the room . the room had been vacant for quite some time as the pesticide notice was still left on the table . the remote had gummy old tape holding it together with half dead batteries . I should of asked for a refund , but I needed the sleep and time to get to work .

Looked like an old motel 6stadf we're about the best thing in the hotel I would stay again if I had to

Room was dirty sheets on bed dirty shower ans shower curtain had mold the floor had water damage. Over all Not a good place to say

Flat pillows stained bedsheets. Room smelled of mildew. Very poor lighting. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Very noisy as well

Dirty bed sheets, pillow cases and towels, housekeeping not doing a good job. Stains on towels and bed sheets, also holes on bed sheets, this placed is old needs an upgrade on everything. Cheap place not worth staying there.

This place is a dump. Room floor filthy, no toilet paper, no lamp, and bathroom dirty. Killed a roach in the bathroom. Front desk very nice, but do not stay here! Very sorry roach motel.

Older property that was well kept very clean and up-to-date The owners put some money into it takes money to make money in I'm sure they'll do good!!

The day manager made me pay a$50 deposit for the towels being ruined , which they wouldn't of been if the floors were clean , than she told my fiance that if she knew I had all this stuff she wouldn't of given me back my deposit and to top it off there are roaches there , the fridge and microwave are old as heck ,and the rules are ridiculous there. Beaumont has a thing that passed if he homeless u can't camp or sleep in Beaumont if ur caught camping they arrest you .
