First of all I came in to bury my father and I traveled for hours to get to Atl. I called prior to coming ask about 150 deposit and the atated it would be $50. Get there the man whom checked me in was rude not onlybto me but to the gentleman that checked in before me. But overall the stay was good but I want be coming back there.

It was nice having a restaurant inside the hotel but they were overwhelmed due to winter storm that caused a tremendous amount of flight cancellations. Bartender did the best she could and should be commended.

The hotel was in a convenient location. Front desk staff were kind. Hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable. However, this was one of the noisiest hotels I have ever stayed in. People were coming and going at all hours, talking in the halls, and slamming doors all night long. This is not an exaggeration; I was awoken amost every hour. I could hear people in the other rooms talking and things being dropped in the room above. It was very difficult to sleep. Also, the ac/heater unit controls did not work and it was stuck on cold air. So I just turned the whole unit off. My room was pretty cold. Also, minor complaint, the coffee in the room was all decaf.

Checkin was great, the staff is lovely, but it’s definitely an older property. The tv volume wouldn’t turn down, there was a horrible smell when I returned to my room one night, the heat seemed to have turned off the second night (had set it before going to bed, it was freezing), and housekeeping never came. But overall it was ok. It served its purpose. I needed to be close to the airport and wasn’t spending a ton of time in the room.

It was a great place to stay, away from the congestion of the airport and downtown. If I could manually change the thermostat, it would have been great but since it was near freezing outside, i understand 👍. And if hotels.com had mentioned the security deposit in the description that would have been helpful.

For one night stay near the airport. It was fine. Unfortunately, we decided to have a sandwich in their restaurant and it took 50 minutes. For two chicken sandwiches. They were out of pizza, pasta, and fries.
