Breakfast options on the weekend were good. Monday breakfast options were limited but ok. Easy check in process. Unhappy they would no deliver more towels to the room. We had to get them ourselves from the front desk. Front desk she was all alone on the weekend. Needed extra towels for the pool. Hot tub jets weren’t working but after 20 minutes a maintenance man came to fix. He was very friendly.

What they clean the floors with left a sticky residue on them and couldn’t walk barefoot on the floor without the ick feel on my feet. Other than that great stay! Bed was super comfortable and pillows too!! Employees were nice and accommodating.

This is our second time booking this hotel. The first time in 2019 and it was very nice then. .. I booked a non smoke room for 2 children and 2 adults again yhis year 2024. For 4 nights. When we got to the room they only had 2 towels, the room smelled very badly as of Marihuana and mold. The bedsheets smelled very badly. I had left A/C running and when we arrived to the room after Christmas family meeting somebody had disconnected our AC unit off the wall...Staff was very kind. To come fix it.
Breakfast was very poorly made. Bisquits were hard as rock, coffee tasted nothing like coffee, oatmeal was a hard blob inside the container...
This Hotel has so much potential due to location. We visited from N.C. needless to say we will never be booking here again.

It wasn't great but wasn't horrible. Minor inconveniences, but it did the job; a place to sleep.
We ordered two rooms on one reservation and requested joining rooms, but somehow it separated us at the location so we ended up on separate floors.
There was no toilet paper or conditioner in one room, something that looked like poop on a comforter, the A/C barely kept it cool (easily 7-10 degrees hotter than the thermostat), there was chemical residue on the toilet seat that caused some intense itching, and enough towels for only one person.
On a positive note, the beds were more comfortable than expected. But the pillows were so strange - small and a bit hard.

A little run down. It was remodeled, but possibly using toddlers, not professionals; as apparent by the vast amount of paint on different surfaces.
But the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Breakfast was decent enough, as well.

Roaches by the dozens.
Beds uncomfortable and mismatched.
Toilets have not been cleaned in months.
Didnt even think about a bath.
Rooms are filthy from every crevice and corner; dictates what kind of help they hire...druggies.
Smells like urine and marijuana outside all the time.
Breakfast was ok.
