Awesome property close to the airport great dining options. Very friendly staff. Only problem issue I have is the $10 per night parking. Think it’s excessive and there are 4 other hotels in walking distance that don’t charge. This needs to be evaluated.

The hotel is convenient to the airport, they offer free shuttle to/from. The lobby is modern and comfortable and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. A full buffet breakfast is also included. The pool is heated and lovely. A great place to stay in Tampa.

We never received a confirmation on this booking so when we finally received it on the day we were arriving we had already rebooked another hotel. We even called several booking services including yours to check to see if we had a reservation, but without our confirmation number we couldnt check, very poor customer service website. Never using your ser ice again.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The room was clean and well apointed and comfortable.
I WiFi streaming option was a disappointment. I could not get my Roku box to use the WiFi. I think I've been able too at another Hilton. This is a minor quibble as the WiFi worked fine otherwise. Loved the shower and bathroom. All is all, a very nice stay indeed.

Our family of 4 LOVED the Hyatt House by Tampa airport - so much, we wished we'd stayed there for more of our trip! The layout of the room with sofabed was perfect, the furniture, finishes and lighting were beautiful and new, and the Full kitchen was impressive. Breakfast was fantastic and all of the staff friendly and helpful. We will be looking fot more Hyatt House brands and will be back to this one in Tampa!

We enjoyed our stay. I liked the breakfast-I eat simple tater tots,fruit,granola review. The front desk check in guy was very friendly. We would stay here again. The hotel was very clean. Beds were comfy.
