My 21 year old daughter and I stayed at Hyatt the 3rd weekend of January 25 and the service we got from three different ladies in the reception was outstanding. We got much more help and service than the few questions asked. 🙏 ladies, you mad our stay.

This was a great property to stay at. I would highly recommend if you’re visiting Boulder very clean very friendly staff and walking distance from pretty much everything.

My son, dog, and I stayed 5 nights here while we were viewing college campuses and couldn’t have been happier. The location in Boulder, CO was perfect and the staff was very friendly and accommodating of our needs traveling with a pet!

Pros: Very clean, nice modern design, i like that there is a pool and gym
Staff is VERY nice and very helpful
Cons:
Parking is not ADA compliant, is not very convenient, AND costs $25 per 24 hr period, nor is there anyone to help with bags
Breakfast is not very good at all and costs $11
There are no menus for local restaurants or even a list
There is no channel guide in the room
Although the hotel advertises a restaurant with a steak and chicken but in fact has no restaurant. They do serve a breakfast, but that is not the same as having a restaurant on the premises.

Pleasant staff. The building is new and very clean. However , the area is transitioning and has construction across the street. There is a train nearby and we could hear street commotion from our rom.

Hotel was great hot tub. Pool was amazing. Very clean rooms are very clean. Beds were comfy not as comfortable as the Marriott. Lots of room felt like you had a studio in your own apartment. Very quiet did not hear guest next-door inconvenience. The toilet did not work showers were great bathrooms were great could be a little bigger. Everything else including ice bucket was provided towels were at number so you had plenty of towels. Breakfast is not free yet was amazing. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had stuff you normally don’t find at a hotel would give this property 3.5 to 4 stars.
