The rooms are nice and clean. The location is excellent, it is walkable to many restaurants and attractions so no car is needed. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is inattentive and disinterested in providing a reasonable level of service, even if you are Globalist.
They do not send a shuttle to the airport on a loop, you have to call and request it. I tried calling the front desk repeatedly for over an hour, nobody picked up. After about a half hour of this I had my travel companion call our Globalist concierge who also tried to reach the hotel with no success. Eventually, after an hour of calling, the Globalist concierge got the DFW Hyatt Regency to drive us in their shuttle. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was lackadaisical and showed zero concern for what had transpired. Ironically, he interrupted my check in process to answer the phone!
This delay caused me to miss my Meow Wolf appointment which was the main reason for booking this location. Nobody at the hotel itself seemed to care.
This morning I went to catch the 5:30 shuttle to the airport and there was no coffee available, the front desk agent was fast asleep, and I had to knock on the window of the shuttle to get any attention.
I can’t imagine ever staying at this location again without serious changes.

Stayed here as it’s close the airport and Grapevine Mills shopping complex. Rooms and Hotel in general were dated but was fine for a nights stay. Service exceptional from check in was given a late check out as I had a late flight out that night. Reception staff Monica & Ilana were both very helpful and assisted me with all my concerns. Free Shuttle to Downtown Grapevine with Jake as the driver and DFW Airport made things very convenient. Shopping & Food options across the road were excellent. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean room , silent atmosphere and location. Free breakfast and airport shuttle. There is a mall in the walkable distance and historic site grapevine is just 10 mins(in car) away from Hotel.

Not to the same standard as other Hyatts. Beds are really small and too soft in the center. Rooms were okay overall, bathroom (toilet/tub area) is very small. Breakfast was not very good. No hot tub, which was a huge disappointment.

First room we got it smelled like rotten eggs, it’s was nice and clean just smelled bad. The guy was able to change our rooms to an handicap double queen room and offered a free drink to accommodate our stay. Which he was very nice. But the new room Tv had a shortage in it, the phone did not work and looked like it has been through somethings. My husband is 6’3 and his legs were hanging out the bed. I don’t think they are true Queen size bed maybe full size beds. The air conditioner did not circulate the room and keep it cool like it should have on 60, we reported that and the way the reception talked and was familiar with the problem, it seemed like that was a common problem but she was suppose to be following up with a fan and we never heard anything else and again the phone did not work, I did report that. There is one elevator working for 6 floors so it would take like 15 minutes for the elevator to come to the floor you needed it, which was fine but taking the stairs was very hard because it was so HOT. We were just over the trip and did not want to complain or have to move rooms anymore so we dealt with what was given.
