A really clean hotel with comfortable beds, and the staff was very pleasant to work with!

Pros: The hotel was clean, front desk was friendly, restaurants within walking distance, had dessert and a drink at the restaurant in hotel which were delicious.
Cons: Parking garage is up the street. Not a major problem but it was cold and icy out.
Will definitely return for a longer stay!!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was really good, and consistent. Nice bar. The room was very clean and cozy and I loved that I could connect the TV to my streaming apps very easily. The only downside was that the bed was kind of stiff. Not super uncomfortable though, it just could've been better. All in all, I plan on staying here again.

Clean and modern. The lack of attached parking was somewhat inconvenient. However, the location of the property is excellent. Tons of dining options and convenient to DC and surrounding areas.

We had a lovely time at Hyatt Place National Harbor. We chose a river view room so that we could watch the New Year's fireworks from our room and avoid the crowds. It was a great room for that. Very nice staff at check-in AND at the restaurant. Our floor was a bit noisy due to some other guests, but we enjoyed our view and the location at the harbor. Food at the restaurant was good and convenient, since we had just checked in. I was thankful for the on-site laundry as we needed to do a load while we were there.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful They had some great suggestions on things to do in the area and good places to eat. The location is great and close to DC. I will definitely be going back during the summer months to enjoy the area a lil more.
