Beautiful hotel, and super friendly staff, kudos to all of them, they were amazing!

Great stay

Awful service put a pointless 300 dollar hold on our account and still haven’t released it. Nothing about this place was good no cleaning service and rude front staff

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Free parking. Clean rooms

Nice clean hotel. We checked in on Thursday. Staff was great. Bartender Lokesh and front desk Manpreet during weekend were rude and need proper supervision and training to deal with hotel guests. They put a damper to a ln otherwise excellent stay there. The hotel was in such a great location and breakfast was excellent!

Staff was super nice and friendly

Not so good, I expected better experience. The breakfast is very basic, and does not taste good. They closed early without notice. They don't even provide a single bottle of water in the room, and seem to be saving some budget in toilet paper. I will consider other options in my next trip to Sacramento.

The hotel in itself was good but the check in process was HORRENDOUS. Despite fully paying prior, the receptionist told me that I could not be booked into my room due to there being an outstanding balance. An outstanding balance from Expedia, not even on my end. Determined to do what I could to get into my room I asked what I could do on my end to help and he said to contact Expedia through the app. I could not for the life of me find a support number on Expedia only a chat bot. When I ask again what can I do the front desk attendant gives me a support line to Expedia that he had the whole time??? Why did he send me on a goose chase on the app? Why not give me the number in the first place. Expedia support was able to connect to the hotel and assist a bit more, but the front desk attendant just seemed lost over all and it took over an hour for us to get checked in. Not only that, but the front desk attendant said we were all set and later my friend noticed his card was charged twice, without the attendant actually explaining to him that his card would be charged for the missing balance. This whole check in process could’ve been solved with “can I put a charge on your card while we wait for Expedia to pay, your card charge will be refunded later.” But no. We got an hour of panicking, confusion and crying. Horrible check in and I’m glad the rest of the trip went smoothly but that part was horrible.

It was a short stay but the rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable, I would definitely recommend this place to others and will choose this hotel again on my next trip to Sacramento

Flight was canceled from snow. Emailed asking to change date and denied. Won’t be back.

Our stay was quick overnight and took shuttle to airport. The hotel was in very good condition, staff were warm and friendly

The staffs in this property were very friendly and helpful.

The property was nice and clean staff was friendly. There was not a lot of eating options within walking distance to the hotel and the hotel restaurant/bar was rarely open. Also they charged me for a day I was not there and incidentals for that day (although that is supposed to be refunded.) I did a combo hotel and airfare through Expedia,my plane did not land until the 24th but I was still charged for the 23rd.

Nice room, low price

Walls seem too thin. I could hear the neighboring room occupants talking all night. The hallways have a bad smell.

Very spacious and clean room. Concierge staff was extremely helpful and professional.

Fulfilled a night for rest on our long trip back to Oregon form so cal.

Please note that the property says they accept visa but do not accept Chime cards which are Visa cards. I wouldn’t have booked here if that was notated anywhere. Then when the I was going to put the person that I was traveling with’s debit card down instead, they wouldn’t let me add his name to the room but instead made me call Expedia to change the reservation entirely. I had already paid for the room, this was all just for incidentals. I was tired and traveling for an emergency so it was a lot of work to just get to my bed. I also didn’t ask to be signed up for World of Hyatt which the agent did with my email without telling me.
