The rooms are clean but I reserved a beach view all I got was a partial view not happy but the service was great

The staff was very welcoming and friendly! They greeted us every time we walked in the door even when we entered multiple times a day. We loved the daily flavored waters offered in the lobby. Our room was cleaned and serviced every day and we appreciated the disinfectant wipes available for use. We enjoyed the quiet stay as our usually stays have been in a nosier location. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I went there to join a 4 days-event, the hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious and clean every day.
Staff is nice and professional, big shout to Mr Khaled Al Taher who assisted me with the check in process and warmly greeted me every time we met in the lobby I was also lucky to have him again there when I was checking out. Real 5 stars service from a real 5 stars hotel!!!

Did the job. A little loud if you want to sleep before the jets stop flying. And if you don't have a car, there's nothing around to walk to, so you will be using a taxi for everything.
