I would not have stayed here if I would’ve listened to the bad reviews people gave. This place is a hidden gem. The pool was great and the food was good. There is a lot of activities to do in the area. I did not rent a car but I rented a golf cart and got around with that pretty easy or Uber. Overall me and my 2 boys had a great time. They are 17 & 9. Definitely book your stay you won’t regret it!!

Staff and service were great. Disappointed they no longer offer shuttle service. Needed new batteries in the tv remote, and the hair dryer needed to be replaced, but staff took care of it quickly

The pictures on Expedia are deceiving. You do not walk out to a sandy beach. Its a rocky ledge. The screen door doesn't slide open and shut! You literally have to lift it up to open and shut. They charge are resort fee of $35 a night. It's really not a resort, lol. We won't be back!!!

Beautiful resort. Comfortable , clean and equipped room. Parking space in front of the room. Nice pool. Restaurant serves good seafood and it's open until 10pm. Breakfast could be better, serving natural fruit juice, cakes, yogurt. Friendly staff.

The accommodation was rather basic for the £300+ per night paid. No tea/coffee facilities or a phone. We did miss the phone as at 2am the smoke alarm started to chirp as the battery was running down. So a walk to reception was needed but no one was there and the door was locked. Eventually found the night reception guy who took the smoke detector away ( 2nd one that night apparently). At 3am the blue light over the patio started flashing and as the curtains weren’t a flush fit the flashing light was coming into the room? Visit reception again? No, I went out and unscrewed it . The green bath plug was rusty, there was a big rust spot where the enamel had come off, hairs (not ours) in the bath and not the cleanest bathroom floor in the corners. Breakfast was really bad for a £300+ room. Bread, ham, cheese, cold waffles, coffee and some fruit. To be honest we had 100% better free breakfasts at an £80 Quality Inn earlier in the holiday. On the positive side parking is ok, the grounds are nice. A shuttle service is no longer running ( the shuttle was one of the attractions to booking a room) so had to get 4 Ubers at $15 a go.

It was a very nice property. All the other places were way more expensive but this place was great. Restaurant on site was delicious. Very friendly staff all around.

The property is ok if you're only staying a couple of nights and don't plan to be in the room much. The shower is extremely small. Perfect for kids but not so great for adults. The curtain will touch you. The bathroom walls should be cleaned better as there was quite a bit of dust & dirt build up in some areas near the sink. Quiet hours start at 10pm, which is nice, but there were the occasional loud guests after 12am. The hammocks at the pool were a plus. Also, if this is your first time in Key West, the hot water is on the right instead of the left! This tidbit could have saved me an hour wait from maintenance.

IBIS Bay over charged me with a Resort Fee of $50 while they did not even clean my room during my stay 7-9 April 2025. I would insist a refund asap.

We loved the pool! We rented a car so we were fine but you can't plug in any electric vehicles here. Also we had a ground floor room right off the bay that was nice but if you are in a second floor room, there is no elevator so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

While the photos of the property make it look really cute it's age is very apparent. I will say the hotel is just comfortable - the linens were ok, the AC worked, and the beds, while too firm for us, were fine. That's where the comfort stops. The bathroom was so small my husband had to step into the bathtub to shut the door. The sliding glass door required two hands and full strength to move. They do not offer any way to see local TV broadcasting only what is available through Samsung TV. The restaurant has a limited menu with very few options for non-seafood eaters, especially for dinner. The only protein option for breakfast is hard boiled eggs. Every evening there were two police cruisers parked in front. Positives - The staff was lovely, and friendly. The seafood was excellent.
