It was a great little place. Clean spacious, not difficult to get to, quiet, even though the freeway was right outside our window. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in town

I thought the room was great. They did say that we needed to request that housekeeping change the towels/ linens. Overall it was a nice experience and i would definitely stay there again.

Spacious room, bed was comfy and bedding nice and fresh. The required amenity fee was really weird, we had to pay for something we didn’t want (achoholic beverages from the bar). Watch out for that. I knew it existed but not what it was for, should have inquired ahead of arrival.

Very nice hotel, rooms big and very clean.
I was in a room facing freeway and it was so loud I thought a window was open. Hotel should do more to soundproof those rooms. Nice bar for drinks, staff very friendly.

This hotel looks nice until you start using things in the room. Lot's of broken stuff: toilet, bathroom door, chipping shower grout or mildew running into the water that wasn't draining becaue of the angle of the shower floor. Sink was dirty. No blow dryer in the room, had to call. Someone threw bags of trash outside our window. We left a pair of expensive sweat pants in the room and they said housekeeping never found them. They were rude to us when we questioned this.

The beds were great. But the hotel lacked a few things. No daily maid service unless you asked. No clock in the room. The slowest elevator I’ve ever been in. Terrible in-room coffee!! Confusing TV. Confusing heating system. I stayed there because it was close to the friend I was visiting but I would probably choose some place different next time.

My 4 day stay was especially problematic. I have a list of issues that I can’t fit in this comment box. WiFi was flakey, cable TV needed the mtce guy to fix twice, hotel room card keys had to be replaced twice. I felt
like I was being punked. No outlets for iPad, iPhone and iWatch. The list goes on and on. I’m doubt I’ll be back.

The pictures on the website looked amazing and then when we got there, it just looked so old and rundown and it smelled like cigarettes. It smelled horrible and we were mostly intrigued by the back patio with the pool area was closed for renovation.

Liked the dog friendly rule, but the area we stayed was so dated, sofa in room stained, kept towel over it so we could sit on it. Room service was timely and food very good. Front staff friendly , pool was nice for kids
