Inn of the Dove - Luxury Romantic Suites with Jacuzzi & Fireplace at Harrisburg-Hershey

Stay was great. But the shower had no hot water

Very outdated, our tub didn’t work, bed lights were broken.

Stayed as the Dove rooms. Arrived ealier than check in, then waited about 15 minutes for any office staff to be in the office. Was told to wait 35 minutes (in reality over 1.5 hours) to get into my room, which is fine again I was early. Room was clean, but very unmaintained- multiple visible drywall dings/paint cuts/ WATER DAMAGE around tub; since they decided to use wooden trim around a jacuzzi. 2 person stand in shower, with horrible pitching caused slippery surface and water pooling. Tile and jacuzzi originally white- painted pink with latex paint- causing even MORE slippery of a surface. Cute room, just run down a bit (not unsalvagable- but needs work). Paid extra for the "creekview" room, only to have the "creek" be a ditch- with pallets of old brick and stone blocking the view. Once I took a look behind the fence it appears the neighbors are doing some serious flattening/new construction, which stops the creek and just breeds a sitting water of bugs. Not the best in that regard. We have been to other Honeymoon suites and had a much more romantic time, but we would try this one again with less expectations, good for a night- not multiple.

Clean n staff are great

The manager was great. He checked us in early then asked if he could have a few minutes to set the room up. He went in added some wine glasses and a bottle of wine. The rooms that have the pool attached is worth the money for a nice small get away. Great little weekend get away.

This place is a great spot to enjoy a romantic night of adventure with your significant other. They sell fire kids at the front desk, the room had a massive shower, a roomy jacuzzi and a private swimming pool. Front desk folks were friendly, check-in was a snap and they sell all kinds of fun stuff in their little shop at check-in. They recently updated a bunch of the rooms too so ask for a room with new amenities.

A good clean, friendly place at a fair rate. Just be aware that the front desk is not available after 10pm.

Place was very old and carpet was dirty. Bed was hard. Construction was going on in the morning hrs.

This hotel was an unexpected gem. It’s not the run of the mill hotel more like a boutique hotel. The room was very spacious, bed comfortable, the jacuzzi/ hot tub worked so well and did relax our weary bones. We were able to have delicious pizza ordered and delivered to our hotel! The hotel was located near to the highway, so you won’t have to drive a far distance off route. We are definitely going to stay at this hotel again.

Enjoyed my stay would love to come back next time I’m in the area

Very nice staff. Chose this property on a drive through the area on a road trip. It was fun, quirky and the hot tub in room was amazing.
