Great location, beautiful resort! It was our first time here and definitely not our last!

Wonderful view, wonderful staff, wonderful getaway! We enjoyed the beach lounging, the pool, our balcony, and being just steps away from an amazing restaurant!!

No hot tub, pools were cold. Beds were not comfortable. Sheets were scratchy. Paper cups did not keep coffe hot longer than one minite

For the price point this is an extremely good hotel. Clean & very new / recently updated. Just a few hiccups. First day requested turned down and didn’t get it, second day. We left a room a little late and didn’t get housekeeping done by the time we got back. Called to request it again and 20 minutes later. got a text message saying that they couldn’t clean the room because the Do Not Disturb sign was up. Went to the room and the Do Not Disturb sign was not up. Also, the first night we had reservations at the restaurant and they called me to try to push the Reservations by half hour to which I did not accept or agree to, but I thought it was unprofessional to advise me only one hour before my reservation to try to change my reservation time. Lastly, they do not give you an option for a free parking. It’s $30 a nightor don’t go there by car. Also, it was kind of disappointing that the beach bar was closed at 10 on a Saturday night when it was still open at 11 on the Friday night. Also, I was not aware of my Hotels.com platinum membership benefit until I receive the email from Hotels.com to ask if I was told about it, so I called the front desk and only was given that information after making the call.

I was honestly about to give a 5-star review for my wonderful stay, which I would have loved to talk about, but unfortunately has been tainted by the terrible customer service I received as soon as I got my bill and left the property. It was my understanding that as a Gold member through hotels.com, that I would be receiving a $48 food and beverage credit per night stay. It was actually only a one-time $48 food credit. Maybe I read it wrong- okay, but in my opinion, the wording is deceiving on hotels.com when I booked my reservation. But the worst part was that the $48 a day food credit that I thought I was receiving, was confirmed by a check-in staff member and so I went about my entire trip thinking that I needed to spend at least $48 a day at the resort to receive my credit. So you can imagine my shock when I got my bill and then to be told that all they can do is ensure they train their staff better, is laughable (which is what they say to every bad review and angry customer on here instead of actually addressing the individual issue). The right thing to do would have been to honor the mistake that their staff member made and keep their paying customers happy and wanting to come back. I was so looking forward to bringing my family back here in the future but unfortunately just feel too disrespected by the management here. And oh by the way - there is a hidden $30/day parking fee on top of the resort fee that they don’t tell you about either until you check in. Ridiculous!

The grounds/property are absolutely beautiful. The room was nothing above normal. (Shower was great) Only main positives. Service staff was hospitable. WAYYYY over priced for what you get!! No hot tubs and pools (located by room) close too early. Super small beach area. We do not recommend this resort

Best place to stay in the keys! My boyfriend and I had the best time at the resort, and the people who worked there were the nicest. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The resort was beautiful and in a great location . Staff were very friendly and helpful . The spa services were great and there were planets of activities . I guess all the positives about the resort outweighed the negatives , which were many fees and taxes on top of those fees . It was quite expensive , as long as you are prepared for that , as well as a few daily fee to park there .

Beautiful setting- lots of pools - excellent staff

Overall nice place and great staff. But….They charge $30 a night to park there plus a bunch of other surprise fees. Didn’t find this out until checkout. It was also easy to spend $94 on breakfast for two. So they are pricey.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this resort!! We were welcomed with champagne and a courteous and accommodating staff. It’s a private resort with a gated entrance so privacy and security was top notch. Rooms, gorgeous and quiet. The view was incredible and balcony was spacious with comfy furniture for those night you want to relax and enjoy the views. The restaurants on site were all delicious with quick service. Room service had a smaller menu but portions were huge. You could easily share a meal. There were numerous daily activities you could attend. I personally joined the morning yoga beach session and it was a beautiful experiment. The instructor was awesome!!! The fitness center had ample equipment but the treadmills needed servicing as they frequently automatically turned off or the belts slipped. The heat was set too high for a gym and at times the door was propped open to let cool air in. You can’t adjust the temp in your room so you have to adjust by more or less blankets or opening and closing your balcony door. Air conditioning set at a constant 69 seemed cool for my liking but may be fine for others. Overall the resort is a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely make a return trip!!!!
