Key Inn Roseville

It is close to I35 so that is good Property has many problems with needed repairs and uncleanliness. I would never stay there again. I am grateful we had the basics but worried about our safety. Deadbolt did not work. 2 live hornets in room. Evidence of previous bed bug problem. Sketchy breakfast with no one monitoring cleaning and supplies. Thankful we survived and so happy to leave.

Urine in the bed and shower

I had to change rooms 3 times in one day. 1st room, beds had been slept in from previous party. 2nd room there was no light above the bathroom sink. The tub was so dirty and mold was growing on the shower curtain. Neither of these rooms were vacuumed. 3rd room, I went to the store and bought cleaning products and Lysol to spray on the beds and to wipe all the can stains off the table. There were so many people in the lobby and in front of the building drinking and smoking and throwing trash and cigarette butts all over. One man actually hit my arm with a butt. As for the breakfast, the counter was so dirty I was afraid to set my plate on it. But, I found it extremely disgusting when I looked for a paper towel and found 2 rolls of toilet paper by the food. The room next to me, had roach’s in the middle of the floor. One gentleman came down from an upper floor and asked if he could get a room with a working shower. He also needed a plunger for his toilet cause it wasn’t working properly either. I do understand that times are tough but for that place, it should be closed for health violations. I would NEVER tell anyone about this place. I would be too embarrassed to actually let them think that I stayed in a place like that. Actually, I feel my money should be refunded since I cleaned there bathrooms and actually cleaned the whole room. Thank you

This place was disgusting with heroin addicted junkies everywhere.

I checked in on a Monday and was booked until Saturday. rooms were unbearable. Broken windows and sinks and toilets did not work. After asking hotel for refund to find another hotel they refused and management was very rude. Hotel has bed bigs and lots of sketchy activity in property. After telling management they got rude and this was the worst stay of my life. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Carpet in room was all stained and torn. Walls were dirty. Toilet did not work well, only one towel in the room.

The quality matches the price. The beds are comfortable.

Good night I have

upon checking we were told that they had no hot water and were working on it. We went out to dinner and came back and were told the issue had been fixed. The room overall was clean. In the morning when i went to shower there was not enough water pressure to activate the shower head. Upon checkout we had to wait so the attendant could go and inspect our room. This was the first time in my adult life i have had to wait for my room to be inspected

The staff was very nice

It was a disaster entirely. Never again!

Not clean and never received my deposit back

The hotel was clean but a little noisy. The Hotel needs some updating especially the bath tubs. There was no coffee in the room and iron or ironing board. Other than that the bed was comfortable and clean and we had a good night rest.
