Kimpton RIDLEY HOUSE, an IHG Hotel

Very close to Mallory square and Duval St. The breakfast is included and excellent! Unfortunately our visit coincided with record cold for the area and heat did not work in our room was only draw back the first night then warmed up and was fine.

Accommodating, excellent chef for breakfast and clean

Absolutely loved staying here. Staff was so incredibly friendly, everything is so clean, building itself is gorgeous and the rooms are so classy and cute! It’s so close to Duval Street where there are lots of things to do, but just enough off the block to still be very quiet and peaceful! Would recommend to anyone staying in key west! If I come back I will be staying here again!

The staff was accommodating, updating us with texts at each step of the way. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in a long time, prepared by a talented chef.Our room was on the third floor, and was clean and quiet . The Inn is just far enough from Duval street to be quiet but easily walkable.

The room was not dusted and you could see the lines of dust on headboard and telephone and on the baseboards like gathered up. The floors were dirty too.

Another nice time at the Ridley (our 7th stay over about 10 years). Much, much improved breakfast! Happy hour sangria! Pleasant staff. Grounds look nice. Room was comfy, bed included. No kids at all. Our only notable disappointment was that the pool was just not warm enough. Please fix that and we’ll be back soon.

The Ridley House was a short walk to Duval and Mallory Square areas. It was a quaint, historic inn with great staff. What really puts it ‘over the top’ is Chef Andrew who made the most incredible breakfasts to kick start our day!

The room was spacious and the property was beautiful.

We took the Key West Express and spent the night. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had fun hanging out and sipping Sangria at happy hour. The breakfast was delicious and much appreciated. We will be staying here for the next visit.

Spent 4 nights at Ridley House. Very positive experience. Great proximity to all the things you might want to see in Old Key West. Room was clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was amazing - great coffee, fresh fruit and juices, homemade muffins, and eggs prepared to order. Even Eggs Benedict. Highly recommend Ridley House. Would re-book without hesitation.

Was a quick one night stay but the room was beautiful and had a great deck to hang out on. The way the rooms are set up it was like we had our own private spot overlooking the pool. Hotel is in a great location to walk Key West with ease. We didn’t need a car to get around at all.

We stayed at the ground floor, which I do not recommend. They serve breakfast each morning and start prepping at 6:30am and you hear every loud truck that passes the house on the street.

Fantastic breakfast daily! We received fresh towels every day, even if we opted out of room cleaning for the day. I enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, as well as the q-tips and cotton balls on the bathroom counter. Refillable water bottles included, and filtered water always available in kitchen to refill. I read very mixed reviews regarding noise before I booked; my experience: The walls are very thin, and we could sometimes hear people in other rooms. Some days it seemed like the people in the room above of us were stomping around in heals or jumping up and down on the hardwood floor! However, it's a historic building and I understand older buildings can be noisy. We were able to hear street noise, but not enough to prevent us from sleeping. Always fresh towels by the pool, and the free sangria daily was a perk. The whole pool area was a nice little oasis! I'd stay again!

Great location for access to Duvall Street and Historic Seaport activities.

Excellent experience starting with check-in. We were arriving late, but via text message we were able to communicate our arrival time and meet quickly with front desk staff. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our AC was not working well on Day 1, so the hotel quickly swapped it with a new model. Chef Andrew and Silvia crafted us incredible breakfast every morning. Front desk staff was always fun, friendly, and helpful.
