Kokomo Suites

Stayed here for the oceans calling festival. The view of the room was great, and had it been warmer, the pool would have been great to use. Getting to the rooms is a bit of a hassle, and they are in need of an upgrade. Having a kitchen was great however. The beds are not the comfiest.

Nice clean and quiet

It was a nice stay for an impromptu night in Ocean City. Everything is well kept the pool looked very nice although we didn’t partake as it was cooler weather. The facilities were free of trash. It was clean. The kitchenette in the rooms are fairly old, but the refrigerator worked so that was a plus. In general, the rooms are very outdated but fine. Bed was comfortable sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean.

Good Stay. Did the job for what I needed. Will come back again in the future.

A very nice hotel. The room had a small kitchen and the tools to use it. The view was good as well.

Towels are low quality and has stains. Place needs pest control. Shower tiles have scum and build up.

Rooms were very spacious. Easy to get around, with bus stops near by. Staff was friendly

The location is great. 1 block from the bay and less than a block to the beach. The hotel is slightly updated. The rooms are recently painted with new floors but the rest of the room including the bathroom was old like the 70's or 80's. The toilet and sink are very low tonthe floor. One thing was consistent which was the stains on the linens. From the washcloths to the towels to the shower mat, shower curtain and the sheets. I did request new towels and got decent ones. I did request new washcloths and got mostly good ones. I did request a bath mat and got one with a blood stain. I requested a new shower curtain and it was never changed. I had a stain on my sheet. I request a sheet change. They made the bed leaving the same stained sheet. If I wasn't traveling on a very low budget I would would not stay here. Even at a low budget hotel you don't expect this. The steps leading to the rooms were steep and smelly. The kitchenette was ok but the few dishes in the room had to be washed before use and there were no spoons. I had to go buy them. If it weren't for location I would have given the place a 1 star.

Room was extremely dirty and to pay for a "resort", you expect amenities promoted to be available. No towels for the pool as highlighted. No utensils and no clean bathing towels. Had to wait until 3pm to get towels that were asked for at 8am. The hotel had ample vacancies, so it was not due to being a full house, which would be understandable. When I adviaed that the bathroom sink and cabinet were not secured to the wall or each other, maintenance man did come promptly. He was very nice. Been coming to this place since I was 6yrs old, when it was Beachmark. Now at 46, I bring my parents and my daughter, a family tradition, we even have our personal favorite room. It is sad to say, that it may be time to end this tradition and that hurts to say, because we really loved this place. Since the change on ownership, it only seems like they want to market a fancy resort and recover their money in the upgrades and paint. No pride in the quality of the patrons stay.

The pool was nice. Floor was sandy. Would have liked more than one ice machine and faucet to clean off sand. More utensils as well. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly

It was a wonderful staying at Kokomo suites everything was clean, the staff and service was perfect.

This is my second time staying and it’s looking very nice updated paint and decor! The pool is always clean. There is a fee for parking! But just a short walk to the beach. Very reasonable price.

Great location, decent accommodations. Nice staff, overall a good stay

We had a great stay! But when we attempted to make coffee the coffee pot wasn't properly cleaned. It was brown on the inside of the basket in the coffee in the coffee pot itself. The apartment was very manageable! Overall our stay was awesome!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are a little small but I’m 6’6”. The rooms are nice and just as advertised. Restaurants at the beach are expensive so it was a big help having the kitchenette especially with kids. The beach is a very short walk and the pool was very convenient and clean. They do a great job keeping the pool and the motel grounds and parking areas clean.

Location is ideal and balconies are nice. The rooms could use a good deep clean. Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows broken down. Only 2 pillows per bed. We went and bought our own pillows and mattress topper at a local store so that helped after the first night. No automatic daily towel exchange or trash removal. Our 6th time staying at this location in the last 18 years. We dont plan on going back. location. Definitely will not return

Nice pool, laid back atmosphere,had a good experience here, and at a fair price.
