This was a very good hotel right across the street from where I was taking care of business. Lots of restaurants and things to do.

No heat when I entered the room. Had to call the front desk. They had to reset it. Later found out the fridge didn’t work. When maintenance was up replacing it, the heat went out again. They had to reset again.
No hand towels.
$20 for parking. I hate when companies nickel and dime.
