Another ski trip to Brian Head! We've stayed here on a dew occasions. Once we stayed in Brian Head, but it's such a small town there's not much to eat or grocery shop, etc... This property has been great. Great place with our doggo too. Staff is great. Rooms are great, but pillows are lumpy. Water pressure is good. Clean rooms. Some wear around the halls like torn wallpaper, but not like a Ramada vibe. Jacuzzi plaster could be repaired as it felt like walking in coral reefs. Breakfast simple but ample. Look forward to next year.

The toilet seat was hanging on by one bolt. There was some shabby looking fabric, clearly visible, hanging down from one of the mattresses. Kind of shows a lack of attention to detail.

Make sure you put the do not disturb sign on the door, they start cleaning/ making up the rooms pretty early. Breakfast area was great, enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub! Easy stay for the weekend close to Brian Head.

The property is convenient to the interstate and shopping or dining on the south interchange. We have stayed there several times because it is consistent with nice rooms snd a good buffet breakfast. However this trip we noticed A LOT of caked dust in corners and inside the vent of the hvac unit. The room was not well maintained and needed small repairs we shared with front desk. The beds are very soft and gave my spouse a sore back during our most recent 2 stays there. You just kinda sink into the mattresses.
Last straw, we used their little app to share an 11 am checkout time but housekeeping came at 9.30ish. He was knocking, then opened the door. I was changing. Only the top saftey lock stopped him. I threw on a shirt while scurrying to the door to send him away. Why do you even bother with the checkout app?!? And why is housekeeping so aggressive?!?

If you are sensitive to fragrance then this is not the hotel for you. They are very friendly, breakfast is good but the smell is VERY overwhelming everywhere in the hotel.
