Everything was good especially friendly staff. Room for improvement in breakfast where most of the food was running cold or not getting replaced in time.

Good location from airport

Do not stay here unless you’re desperate for a room. Walls are paper thin. Mattress was absolutely terrible! We slept in opposite direction due to mattress was so worn out and collapsed

I really enjoyed the hotel and staff was very friendly

Normally I am not one to complain but my husband and I experienced a very sketchy situation. We arrived back to the hotel around 11pm after attending a football game at AT&T stadium and there was a strange man standing at the hotel doors. We sat in the car for a few minutes watching him and he was just awkwardly standing at the door. Eventually, we got out of our vehicle and went inside. He instantly followed us inside and to the elevators. When the elevator doors opened up, I told the man he could go and we would catch the next one. Not to mention he reeked of marijuana. Could this man have been a hotel guest? Possibly. But something inside me tells me that this man had other intentions when he followed us into the hotel. The hotel worker was not present at the front desk to prevent any of this from happening and I feel like there needs to be more security. My other complaints are that the water pressure in the shower felt like it could have ripped my skin off. The bed/pillows were so uncomfortable that my husband and I both had trouble sleeping. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times but this will unfortunately be the last.

Found a few roaches in our room, arrived about 15 minutes early and despite our room being ready, if we wanted to have our room had to pay a 25 dollar early check in. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The beds where terrible with extremely flat pillows. The entire lobby smelt terrible, and the hotel in general felt dirty with stuff falling apart all over. For the price I paid for the night here, I did not by any means feel I got my moneys worth. Water in tub could drain faster. Water starts to stand in tub while you’re showering other than that great experience.

The mattress on the pull out couch needs to be replaced. Other than that, our stay was nice.

The bathroom stunk of bleach. There was no facial tissue and only one bar of soap,

the floor boards were coming up, there were stains in the bed sheets. when we checked in the staff member was rude and disrespectful towards us. we did not meet a staff member that actually seemed like she wanted to help til we were checking out. our sink leaked all over the counter.

Breakfast buffet awesome

There were 3 issues. First we did not know that the air conditioner/ heater was controlled by a wall thetmost, not the unit. A note on yhe unit was needed. Second there was a rust stain in the toliet and mold on the shower wall. Third only 1 of the 3 bathroom lights was working. When i told the manager about these issues she said call her the next time we wanted to stay there and she would give us a discount rate. Why would i want to stay there again???

I liked the spacious rooms; however, I would replace the outdated furniture, which did not appeal to me.
