This property was in an ideal area, close to a lot of places. Also, i enjoyed the gym and the complimentary breakfast was also a plus. I would definitely stay here again if i do decide to visit Houston once more.

Bathroom dirty, the phone service of the room never worked, no water on the room, at the front desk didn’t find our reservation at the beginning, poor breakfast no protein or fruits, just cereal and make your own pancakes. Small pool, I expected more.

The first thing that happened when we got in and got our room key was, we got stuck in the elevator because it was broken and no one let us know nor was there any out of order sign. And once we got up to our floor it smelled reeked of the devils lettuce so bad it was seeping into our room. The floor was also really got once you walked in from the stairs.

We booked 2 rooms, one with a king size bed and the other one was booked for 2 beds. Both rooms had roaches, our daughter's room had such a roach problem that she asked to be moved to another room she was moved to a room with a full size bed to accommodate 3 guest my daughter slept on the floor that night she had to ask for yet another room the 3rd room had 1 king size bed so she never got the room that I booked for her which was a room with 2 beds for herself and two others. Overall the hotel was a huge disappointment and frankly I felt like they should have refunded me for her room or at the least given a discount. The staff was friendly but not accommodating. I will never stay at that hotel again. My overall rating is 1 star for terrible!

This property had bed bugs and roaches everywhere on the 4 th floor I got bite up and we had move rooms twice and trying to figure out a solution to a better room let up to us not even getting are money back because it took up and hr of the stay and that’s only because we where trying to come up with a better plan and they said we took to long so we couldn’t get our money back… craziness .

Front Desk was helpful and lobby was clean and quiet..The room was clean my only negative the TV no signal but room was changed.The breakfast was ok need fresh bread esp the Bagel need improving. Overall, my stay was okay and better than those extended stay..I recommend its a bit pricey for this area 76 to 80 dollsrs..

I went to other laquinta inn and breakfast stopped at 9:30 and were able to get breakfast after 9:30. I get to this one and I go downstairs at 9:00 and everything thing is gone.

This hotel smells like weed everywhen and cigarettes in our room. The elevator seems to be in disrepaired, call button did not work and made a weird noise. Pillows did not have a cover sheet. Overall I will not bring my family there or recommended.
