This place is an absolute wreck of a property. They say they are renovating but it is very dirty. Over flowing trash, the carpets and sheets smell like urine, and also the drains of the sinks and tub were missing, however they still happened to clog. The staff are hit or miss. Some are super nice and others have air pods in and don't even bother to get out of their chair because they are on their phones. Also pro tip bring your own toiletries if you plan on staying. The staff said they no longer carry conditioner... Or lotion. Just shampoo and bar soap. Okay then. The hallways reek of marijuana, the residents of the hotel, yes residents, are loud and obscene. The breakfast is terrible too. Management says they are always willing to speak but Everytime one was requested she happened to not be there. This place is terrible and you would probably be better off at a motel 6...

The hotel has no maintenance, they do not review the conditions of the rooms they offer. When I arrived and put my foot on the carpet, it was completely full of water, so much so that my foot sank into the carpet, the room was in a terrible state, they changed my room, the new room was worse than the first because The toilet was clogged. This hotel is a total disaster. I don't recommend it even to spend one night. My stay at this hotel was a nightmare.

This property is old and needs remodeling. They said they were remodeling but they should close while.doing so. THE paper was peeling off walls in the halls AND they smelled awful. Bathrooms were outdated and difficult to get a good temperature for a shower. No compliementary lotion or conditioner provided. Continental breakfast was almost all carbs. Apples were the only fruit offered. Only good things, Bed was comfortable and towels were soft. Overall, worst La Quinta I have ever stayed in.

This place was a nightmare! The person who was checking us in was so rude and he was high on something. He insisted that I had to pay again for the room, because it didn’t show that I had already paid for it. I showed him my receipt from Hotels.com that showed I had already paid and he still insisted that I had to pay again! After about 15 minutes another employee came and showed him on the computer that my room was already paid. He didn’t even apologize for his mistake. As we walked to find our room we noticed there had been water damage to this hotel, there were pieces of wall paper missing and it smelled horrible. Once we got to our room, the first thing we saw were roaches on the wall and in the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting, there were yellow stains all over the cabinets and walls. My husband and I had to sleep with our clothes on and with all the lights on, as we were scared roaches might climb on us as we slept. This is the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in. I requested a refund, but still have not heard anything back. Do not stay there!! It is unsanitary! We would have preferred to sleep in our car, but it was freezing cold that night.

I've stayed at many La Quintas, and they are usually quite helpful. I was bringing down some food that i needed to put in the freezer part of the refrigerator in their kitchen overnight. I've done that at every La Quinta that i stay at, and the front desk people are usually as helpful as can be. The woman at the front desk refused to take it, said that they will not take food for any guest. I walked across the street to Southpoint Suites, to see if i could get a room there, as the girl at the front desk said the bill hadn't yet gone through and they could cancel it. But that hotel was under full renovation and had no rooms at all available. When i explained my problem the nice woman there offered to take my 2 bags and put them in their fridge/freezer for me. And i wasn't even staying there! You can be sure that the next time I'll be in Jacksonville overnight I'll be sure to stay in that Southpoint Suites. And as a travel agent, you can also be sure I'll explain that to my clients as well.

It was obvious once we walked in to check in that the hotel was under repairs. The room should’ve never been used until the smelly and stained carpet was replaced. The air conditioning unit was noisy and whined all night when the ac kicked on. The bathroom was in need of repairs to include lighting and exhaust fan. The bathroom floor was sticky as well. The breakfast was cold when put out and the bread was stale. The pool was not usable due to algae buildup. The fact that the hotel was undergoing repairs in any way should’ve been provided prior to anyone making reservations

There is very little that actually works in the facility. There is one elevator that works for the five floors. The desk staff seem very annoyed at having to put their phones down. The other people who worked there were friendlier, at least. It says they are renovating, but it seems like that only means a lot of things don't work.

It's been under construction for about a year now every time I think they're done I go back and it's gotten worse The elevators are old and outdated make loud noises and get stuck sometimes the doors don't open. There was a cockroach in the bathroom enough said. I think there was blood on the inside of the shower curtain but I wasn't going to find out if it was blood or not. Our TV had a line going down the middle of the screen. It was a nice hotel when we first stayed there the first time but after about four visits I could say that was my last every time I think it's going to get better it doesn't At this point now the carpets are torn up and there's strips of Paint missing all the way down the hallway. Maybe in 10 years when they finally finish the construction it'll be nice again but as of November 2024 it is in terrible condition and it's dirty The walls are so thin you can hear everybody's conversation

The cleaning person, removed my do not disturb sign from the door and proceeded to enter my room. The front desk clerk cussed me out in the front lobby in front of people, cause I complained how another cleaning lady wouldn’t hold the elevator for me and was smirking at me about it until the door closed, while also spraying male cologne as she walked through the hallway. The front desk clerk was yelling and talking over me and very hateful and rude. All I wanted to do is lodge a complaint but she found herself now a part of this complaint. The renovations during the weekend was ridiculous, no one comes to a hotel to hear a jack hammers and skill saws. I asked the front desk clerk for a later checkout than 1pm since all the noise for the last two days in a row. Makes no sense for two cleaning ladies to be on one floor, and none of them act like they could speak English. The Spanish one was the one that kept spraying cologne around my door when she was cleaning on the 5th floor, then when I moved to the 4th she began spraying as I was leaving the hotel. Overall the Wyndham hotels I’ve stayed at this was by far the worst for the building and its staff.

Condition of the building inside was terrible. In the room the carpet was torn right at the door. Bed comfortable, chairs not. Coffe setup had 1 reg coffe pod and 1 decaff. There were areas in bathroom you could see had water damage. There was nothing in room telling you about hotel ie pool, any places that delivered to hotel, hours of self serve breakfast. People at desk only talked to you if you talked to them first. Elevator was very dirty and very old. Stayed at LaQuitas in past, never this bad. Dissapointed in breakfast.

In the second night I was in the bathroom and started to see little roaches. I killed them and went to get something out of the fridge and there were more. I had to throw everything away and I left the next morning. Had to cut my trip short! Could not stay in a room with roaches
