They have a lot of trees inside what looks like rubber tires very trashybe hind the building. Onlyonesmall areatotake my dogto goto poop.. Taking up a lot of space

Not the best place ive stayed at..had to use stairs from 4th floor ,elevators not wrll.hot water was too long of a wait for..rooms dirty.staffhousekeeping on cell phones not english speaking...breakfast cold..no coffee made at 830 am..really badly operated

This mornings shower was cold, turned completely to hot. Not fun on a cold morning.

Awful! And I don’t leave bad reviews. The walls seem to be super thin. People were loud and yelling in the hall. The couple next to us screamed for an hour with physical violence. No hotel staff came to stop it. My kids had a lot of questions after that fight. Ugh! We had to close the drains because a huge cockroach crawled into the bathtub at night. The shower faucet was broken so it was coming out of the wall. Not that any of of us were getting in that shower! The beds were so uncomfortable and the pillows are the size of a small couch throw pillow. The night side table was broken and hanging off the wall so you couldn’t set anything on it. We were driving to Florida and stopped with our kids so we literally just slept there. That was enough for us! We will never be back!

Friendly staff courteous and clean beyond measure nice cozy and quiet place and accessible to shopping area great place to be i wish i didnt have to leave so soon but will rerurn asap.

Didn’t like that there was no hot water to take a shower the stuff did nothing about it.

My husband and I stayed the night at this La Quinta Inn and Suites on 12/14/24 on our way to VA. The front desk gave us a room on the 1st floor and when we requested for a higher floor, the front desk person claimed that there were no available room on the higher floor. The hotel was not full at all. But that not that big of a deal but we can tell she’s lying. Our room had a strange smell and I had to turn the AC really low to kinda get the smell away. I must say the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty sad. The worst part of our stay was after we had checked out and left, my husband (who was a retired law enforcement officer) realized he left a very expensive item in the room and when we called the hotel, the front desk checked and informed us that the item was no longer in the room and that was right after the maid/house cleaning was in our room! We’ll have to file a police report for our stolen item! Unfortunately, we will no longer be staying at this La Quinta in the future! There’s obviously some untrustworthy people that work there!

I cannot overstate enough how much air freshener they use. Our while family’s eyes were watering and I could barely breathe upon walking in. We asked about it & the front desk girl who was wearing a mask said it gave her a headache the first few days and they had “just” put new ones up 2 days prior. It was insanely overwhelming and carried into the rooms. The elevator looked as though it had not been vacuumed and the rooms were so dirty. They looked clean upon first glance but they also appeared unvacuumed and the corners of the bathroom were so gross. We turned the shower on and black stuff came up the drain. The toilet wouldn’t flush. We primarily booked this for the pool. It was like an abandoned place.. the lights were flickering and the pool looked so so dirty & was freezing. Wish I had looked into it more. Thankfully we left and got our money back but truly would warn anyone, especially with breathing problems, to avoid this place. The front desk lady was very nice and understanding. The whole place needs a deep clean and staff that cares when cleaning after other guests.

What I like about this location is it is by the highway and easy to access and close to shopping

This hotel has good cleanliness and location. We reserved it because it has an indoor pool for my kids, unfortunately the pool is not heated and in November it was too cold to swim in. The breakfast is as basic as it gets.
