La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham North Orem

I would definitely stay here again. The front clerk, she wasn’t too pleasant, but that didn’t ruin our stay. Great breakfast!

Terrific front desk staff very helpful super comfortable beds. I only wish there were more blankets cause I was a little chilly at night, but it was a great room. Breakfast was on the planer side, but it did the trick overall I would definitely stay here again.

Not impressed. Not typical of Wyndham properties. All front desk staff were rude. The door had huge gaps and so all noise came through. I forgot a toothbrush and although I paid $100 for the room, I had to BUY a $2 toothbrush. The blankets were threadbare but they didn’t have extra for us.

I normally love to stay in La Quinta's. This one seemed very run down and was not very clean. The commons area seats were filthy, edges of the room, baseboards, etc dirty and like they just get quick wiped but hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Staff was awesome. Check in was great. Location was great. Price was great. Sheets had a few stains on them. They were clean- just older. Not the normal feel of the other La Quintas that I have stayed in.

Great valued stay, location is convenient as well. The only thing that bothered me was the thin walls. They have 3 levels. If you stay on first and second floor, you most likely to hear people who stay your upstairs walk like dinosaurs. And the group stayed next to me also had their door unlocked the whole stay with the security lock flipped the other side to stop the door closing, so every time these people have the door banging my whole room hella hard. And you could hear all the conversations. If you can’t stand noise, this hotel probably not for you. Easy parking.

Room was great - NO CARPET!!! Pool/spa area air and pool water were not warm enough to use pool.

I'll admit that I usually stay at higher-end hotels, but this is one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had in terms of the room itself. While it looked like they'd attempted to make some improvements at some point in time, the improvements were unfinished, and many things were broken, missing, or coming apart. Even the paint on the wall had shoddy areas where the paint wasn't painted right. The draft and noise coming from the window sounded like the window was open the entire time because it hadn't been sealed properly. In the bathroom, the hooks for the towels had come off and was missing. The tub wouldn't drain which made the shower really slippery. The mattress on the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I had things in my room that my daughter didn't have in hers and vice versa. The first morning we went down to breakfast, and it was so bad, we ate out the remainder of our stay. The eggs tasted like they came from a powdered mix, and there wasn't even typical things you see at a hotel breakfast like yogurt, hardboiled eggs, fruit, etc. There was no milk for the cereal, and there was a sign on the wall that said food couldn't be taken from the room which is totally ridiculous. I'll never stay at a La Quinta or a Wyndham again.

Bot fancy but very clean and very comfortable. Roge (Rick?) and Dee did everything they could to make sure that we had everything we needed, including sending their maintenance man to help us start our car when it was acting up. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room clean and quiet. It has been recently updated which added to our visit, Free breakfast was very adequate and the hotel was very close tp the free way and other stores and restaurants.

Could use a bit more cleaning in the floors in the hallways and parking wasn’t too much, looked like they was doing a lil bit of construction. But overall, great stay. Worker was very helpful and check in was very fast.

The experience was amazing thank you for everything you guys do to make your guests part of the business you guys are so professional and the place is the best in all aspects and categories we definitely are coming back soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel had been remodeled, but it wasn’t a very good remodel job. New paint and beds don’t make it a remodel.

Nice room with block out curtains, good bed with in-room refrigerator and microwave.
