Our bed was completely broken and when we mentioned it, we were just told they wools let maintenance know. Also had housekeepers walk in my room when my partner and I were completely naked. They knocked and then just opened the door. It wasn’t even 10:00 am.

Hot tub was out of service, ice machines on 3 of 4 floors not working, curtains in room were stained with moisture from air conditioner, air conditioner vent completely occluded with dirt (we took it apart and cleaned in bath tub upon arrival), tub tiles were filthy, toilet kept clogging and unable to flush.

The room stunk and we found dirty diapers left in our closet from previous guests. It was disgusting. Will never stay there again.

The room they gave me was still dirty from the previous occupant, had to get another room. The room I got had damage to the walls, loose hair on top of the bed spread and the had an oblong toilet seat on a round toilet. The toilet seat hung over the edge of the toilet by about 3 inches

You guys really need to give that place TLC. Everything needs to be replaced. The beds are sunken, the furniture is run down, the fixtures need to be replaced. The towels are small, no coffee cups, no Kleenex box, so many things were sad. Also the breakfast is really really sad and it tastes like cardboard.

I like how comfortable the king size bed was. It was dirty with hair in the corners around bathroom vanity. Parts of the room we were in, was beat up needing repair. I love Quinta but this one in Rochester was low on quality. The breakfast bar was low on options. I arrived around 7:15 am. There was no fruit , no yogurt, no cream cheese for bagels. Only one option for cereal . The orange juice tasted old. I didn’t realize that the eggs are microwaved in an icecream bucket with a plastic bag. That seems improper to handle the food.

The stay was good and the room was larger, although upon entering out room we did have a clean room we found a large stain on out blanket. The Kids pool and the Whirl Pool were both blocked off, but the larger pool was open for use. The main hall on the main floor had several stained ceiling tiles, which didn't look good, but they must have had a water leak. In our bathroom the make up light above the mirror did not work. I did like that there was several great places close to get great food.

Check in staff was friendly and efficient. We were traveling with two smaller dogs so at my request he moved us from the third floor to the first for ease of taking the dogs outside as needed.
Breakfast staff person was efficient and friendly.
The beds left something to be desired. Every movement by spouse was felt and it was extremely soft.

the place was good but hot tub was out of order and laundry machines didn"t work. the room directly across from us were parting all night pounding on doors and making a rucess we were staying there while in town for mayo hospital appointments and had to be up every morning at 5:15 am so the noise wasn't no fun.
