We did not get the room we had reserved but the hotel had a plumbing issue which affected several rooms. The hotel was pretty modern and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was good . Kudos that the bathroom fan was on a separate switch and the fan was not noisy. The caulking in the shower was black mould. The Hotel should ensure the proper silicone bathtub caulking with anti-mould and mildew additives are used. This took away from an excellent rating on the room.

Room keys kept getting disabled. Upon,check in, the staff should have programmed the keys for the full duration of my stay, not the default of 2 days. Had to deal with this issue 2x. Also asked for housekeeping, and did not receive it. Just a poor,irritating experience, all around.

The room was very dirty. Dust was seen almost everywhere. The door to the room would not close on its own, and the toilet seat was slipping and sliding. The entire hotel was rundown.

Everything was good except a noise because windows are not sound-proof at all. You can hear every car driving by, there are many too loud cars and bikes in the area.
We enjoyed good coffee. Actually entire breakfast was good.

Had request Handicap accessible. The room that we received I was not was not able to easily use my wheelchair. It would not easily fir into bathroom. The shower had glass doors & only one handicap grab bar that I could see. I had to take a wet cloth & take a bath using the bathroom sink.
When we checked in up fronted there where 2 large trucks parked in handicap parking slots. In the morning there were handicap placards in them but in order for a handicap person to get into the truck they would need either a lift or latter.
