Front desk clerk was pleasant and professional. Hallways and room were clean. Big TV, comfortable beds and pillows, large clean bathroom, dark blinds, no noise. Breakfast substantial. Recommend adding herbal tea options at coffee station and quieter music in dining area.

Room were nice and comfortable. Our only issue is that the continental breakfast that was supposed to be ready at 7 was no where close to being ready at 7.30 when we went down .Several people upset that it was not ready .

What has happened to this town? Staff did not speak to me at all during check in or coming or going. Actually scowled at me and others who are trying to enjoy a vacation. They could not care less if I did business here or not.

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had to switch rooms because our first room had a loud chirping noise so packing up and moving was an inconvenience. The breakfast was ok—bread was not replenished for toast, sausage was inedible, oatmeal was like a thick paste, and the pancake machine was off. Coffee was delicious. Front desk workers were super nice.

Staff was great and very helpful. I booked at the very last min because I thought I had already booked prior to the trip. Room was nice! Loved the downstairs lounge area. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing that was annoying was the fridge needed to be thawed out. It had a giant chunk of ice in the back preventing the fridge from cooling. Not a toddler friendly room. Microwave was very low and we had to move it while staying. Handle on cabinet was loose. So much stuff in the room that if you wanted to pull the couch out to pull the built in bed out you couldn't. Very little room to put down a toddler blow up bed that we had brought. Otherwise our stay was ok. Beds are very uncomfortable as usual for most affordable hotels.

The customer service was amazing especially the front desk clerk, Janice.
It was a nice room and was very clean however I did have two major issues and one slightly minor issue. My door did not lock other than the standard lock (the other lock didn’t turn at all) and twice my door popped open when I was closing the bathroom door despite the door being fully latched. I also kept running out of hot water after being in the shower for more than 3 minutes. My room was slightly chilly despite having my heat up all the way (but it’s Vermont on below freezing days and windows aren’t the best) this was a very minor thing.
The breakfast was good and the dining area was comfortable as well as welcoming.
The location is awesome. Close to shopping and tons of food options including a grocery store and pharmacy.All within walking distance.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again just not in the same room.
