The staff at this hotel is always super friendly and makes check-in quick and easy. They are very accommodating if you request a certain room or area as well which I appreciate when traveling alone. I took 1 star away because my shower did not work, but I still had hot/cold water and was able to bathe. It was nothing to stop me from continuing to return here whenever I visit in Omaha. Thank you for all your kind help La Quinta staff, y'all rock!

Our room was disgusting. There were bugs, both alive and dead. The floor was dirty. It looked like actual feces on the floor. The TV didn't work properly. The couch was torn. The chair looked like an animal had been chewing on it. The lamp light strobed like we were at a damn rave. We were offered nothing in the way of compensation. EXTREMELY disappointed.

This property was absolutely disgusting. Linens were completely stained with a brown residue in multiple locations. The walls had stains that looked like poop smeared. The bathtub was stained and dirty and all caulking was cracked. The window screen was busted and broken. Smelled like drugs when you walked in. We had to drive 70 miles to Sioux City Iowa to find a clean hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Got a very good sleep after a long day. Got microwave and coffee machine in room to make coffee and reheat food.
The location is convenient, close to highway.
The only thing that not 100 percent is the breakfast is not hot breakfast buffet. Instead, it's a bagged breakfast.

the rooms are really old and outdated and it smells like cat pee. Not very clean, i found hair everywhere in the bathroom, the sink and in the bed sheets. I wasted my time checking in online because on site I was asked again for all the information for checking in.... breakfast is not a continental breakfast but a lunch in bags.

the staff was not to friendly and did nothing to help out. for example i stayed 2 weeks and paid by the day a couple of days i didn't get off in time to pay by 11 but by 5 for sure but they would not even think about it they'd rather throw my disabled son out in freezing weather with nowhere to go I understand they have a business to run and its not a shelter but I wasn't asking for anything free just a few hours but I guess I get it

There is no continental breakfast at this location, even though it is advertised as having breakfast. Property is not the nicest/cleanest. Not up to standard with other La Quinta inns, which i have been happy with in the past.

1st room smelled of mold. Literally had to fight to get moved to a different room. 2nd room was also disgusting but we were told we were STUCK WITH IT because we would get charged anyway. Mold and bugs in the bathroom. Appeared to have not been cleaned. Continental breakfast was not open and closed since Covid. No coffee either in lobby. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN
