Convenient to shopping and starved rock. Breakfast was good and hot. Comfortable room and nice staff.

It was very comfortable and staff was great. However, when I apparently was the first person at breakfast at 6 am, I found a human hair on top of the first egg I took out of the heating pan. Needless to say, I opted for the sealed container of yogurt. But it was just an overnight stay, and very comfortable.

Shower was lukewarm. So it needs to run a few minutes to get warmer. Jets in the hot tub didn't work. Hotel is always clean. Staff is always nice. Breakfast has a nice selection. Not bad for the price.

The stay was quite disappointing. It appeared that renovations were underway, and the cleanliness of the hotel was severely lacking. The pool and hot tub were filthy, and the overall facilities felt outdated and in need of major improvement. However, I must commend the staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I hope the hotel addresses these issues soon, as it has the potential to be a much better place to stay.

There was nothing stating they were renovating their rooms, the workers gave me a migrane with their banging around, they vibrated the entire building. The room was dirty and I found used "sex items" by the bed. The hot water took 20 mins at minimum to heat up enough to take a shower. Was told there was a tub in room but it was a walk in shower. Breakfast was good but the room is cold and drafty and made my food go cold very quickly. Hot tub needs to be deep cleaned as well as the pool. Hand prints and smudges all over the mirrors, holes in the couch cushions. Bed was stiff and uncomfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay while on the road. My only complaint was the the group of outside contractors that lined up about 9 waffle batter cups and hogged the waffle machine for about half an hour for themselves.

I was comfortable & the room was adequate. All service was very good. The property has some updates but smelled of cleaning fluid, & the hallway carpet needs to be replaced as do some bathroom fixtures. Average price.
