Our king size with ocean view balcony was perfect - quiet, comfortable, clean, and modern. The staff was incredibly kind and were always welcoming and helpful. The resort has everything with great restaurants, beautiful pool, and easy access to the beach. If you want more, there are plenty of restaurants on Collins that didn’t need reservations and several shops nearby.

The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. They make the stay better. There is room for improvement in bringing this place to “excellent”, such as more thoroughly cleaned rooms. We noticed very dusty areas and a hole in the sheets. You can also hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms as if it was happening in your room. Otherwise, the late night room service was a surprising treat- delicious. Beach staff- so helpful! (Thank you to Moises and everyone). Concierge- so kind! (Thank you to Joshua). Common areas are well-designed and give you an “elevated” feel.

You won't find better value for a high-class property in South Beach than Loews. There are so many onsite amenities, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, great staff, nice beach. We've stayed a couple times and will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the hotel is not clean enough, the rooms are not maintained properly, we stayed on the 16th floor in rooms 1607 1609, for 3 nights, it seems that the rooms need renovation, the rooms are old.

The Loew’s hotel is nice, at the beach and boardwalk, close to numerous (numerous!) restaurants, and clean. Staff is nice. Overall everything was great but it would have been nice if the lobby had some comfy seating.
