The staff was awesome. You have a great staff of people. Monica and Tiffany were so great. We came on a girls trip and they made our trip awesome. The lady in the breakfast area ( I believe that was Allysa) was so attentive to our every need in helping us have a great breakfast. John, the maintenance man helped us with our luggage. We really appreciated him very much. Very nice man. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good 3-night stay. Away from the main downtown area, but didn't mind that. Everything in close proximity. Room was comfortable except for the air conditioner which did not reliably work. Comfortable bed, but pillows too soft. Nice TV with lots of channels

I don’t travel much but I have standards. Lux Verde checked all the boxes. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, and great continental breakfast. Enjoyed our stay!

The only reason I didn’t give this place an Excellent rating is because rhe cleaner took our food from the fridge, even rhough we were book in for multiple days. I love Cottonwood and rhis place was wonderful with a great Italian Restaurant

The pipes and the heater were very noisy but luckily we have an app with white noise so we were able to sleep okay.

It wasn't super clean, thin towels, no chair in room, no tub, no closet, pool and hotvtun closed. Nice breakfast, friendly staff.

Some things in room a little dated. Sofa was not ok to sit on as you sunk into the sofa bed springs

Perfect for when traveling with your pets. Room and breakfast were excellent. Great affordable place to stay in when visiting Sedona, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, etc.. Will stay here again.

Nice place! The gentleman who was working around 2pm to check us in was a bit odd. He was talking on his cellphone and continued his call when we approached the desk. Put his finger in the air to signify "hold-on", then hung up his call and helped us. Nothing bad, it was just weird.

We had a problem the first night but the staff quickly and professionally took care of it. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful. The view from the hotel is beautiful! The rooms a spacious. Breakfast is not wonderful but had everything you need including hot items. It is close to everything in town and parking was excellent!

Not a fan. One, I think the room was originally designed as a suite, with a shared door with the room next to us - and we hear everything. Two, No one was at the front desk when we checkin, or checkout. No one answered the call either. We waited around 20min for someone to show up at 9PM.
