People were very nice and welcoming. The property is a bit outdated but it served its purpose for a one night stay. I would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly. We were not able to check in until 8:00 p.m. when check in is at 4:00 p.m. and the staff worked with me and were extremely nice. The rooms are clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows are comfortable as well!

It was very nice I came up here for one night to spend with my family here in Sebring and it seems like I always come back to this hotel it's convenient it's budget friendly and I know what to expect very quiet here last night and this morning I was very happy with my stay

Convenient but the doors man yall gotta fix those doors. No way of it being locked, the locks are broken. Basically anybody can walk in or open.

Our bathroom had a sewage smell.
At breakfast, we were there at 8:45am, there was no food. None of the service people seemed to care or apologized. The dining area was filthy and no one cleaned up.

It’s not a Hilton for sure.
Incident: our door somehow jammed the inside lock and we couldn’t get in.
Went to counter- lady said maintenance will be here in 10 min. Sat in the lobby and said they opened the door for you already.
We ran to ourroomn yes it was wide open with no one around. I told the lady how irresponsible are you to not have them there and open it in front of us, let alone open the door and leave the door wide open.

The first room we entered had a broken bed. The second room was full of cockroaches. The girl at the front was really nice. I would not recommend staying here.

Front staff were excellent and professionals!
Front lobby clean and smell great.
Outside of hotel and rooms need some TLC-outdated! Hotel is a non smoking facility but our room smelled like cigarettes and our bath tub felt it was about to break and bathroom faucet was not working well. Our bedsheets were stain. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
