Love the check in! Easy in and out. Conveniently located. Clean.

Close to snowmobile trail. Really simple place If all you need is sleep, shower ,and heat this is the place .

There was mold in the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the floor in the bathroom and had to put towels on the floor just to walk in there. Key card didnt work for the door. Was told we would get one that worked but never came with one. Place looks run down. Looks nothing like the online pictures.

There are no real staff at the front desk, you check-in at an automated kiosk with a video chat. Although it was fairly easy, i can see it being not a bit much for some older or tech challenged folks. Our room was quite cold, and very dated. The bathroom was dirty. Toilet was full of toilet paper, I was nervous to flush it. The sink was dirty, toothpaste spray on the fauctet. Dirt on the edge of the tub. The bedspread was dirty, and the lines had a smell that kept making me cough. There is a continental breakfast, but it doesn't start until 6:30am, so I can't comment. I left at 6:15am, and no human had surfaced to start getting it ready yet. I would not stay here again, nor would i recommend. I'm fine with basic, but require a clean room, which this was not.

We've stayed here before, and we really only use the room for sleeping while in Ironwood, so we knew what to expect, we thought... There's no 'Front Desk' so check in is done through a video kiosk and there's no phones in the rooms to call anyone ~ This is something we knew prior and not really a big deal, unless you need the front desk for someone or something, which we did, a lot! Our first set of scanner keys did not work (kiosk - new keys), then the TV wouldn't turn on (kiosk again - onsite mngr came to fix, with her kids in the hallway)... First morning: No coffee or the included 'to-go-breakfast' (kiosk - no help or coffee or food for us). Check-out morning: Yey ~ Coffee and whatnots, let's grab-and-go... Look, I get the 'you get what you pay for' but I would expect just a little more attention to detail considering that we were one of only three rooms that were actually occupied ~ All weekend!... Oh well ~ The heat works pretty good (and the AC in the summer), the TV has a million channels (including all the HBO's), the bed is VERY firm but the pillows are actually pretty comfortable, the water gets hot and nobody died ~ We'll probably be back ;) ...

Despite saying they have a continental breakfast starting at 6:30am, there was nothing, not even coffee, when we left at 7:00.

Dirty

Stay was ok but kind of odd just to have a kiosk and no physical person.

No in person check in person. Had to interact with computer screen. No breakfast that was advertised. The steak restaurant near by that was advertised has been closed for years. The shopping center was a dollar store an a McDonald’s 2 blocks away. The advertised brewery was not within in walking distance.

Ease of location and rate

Clean rooms outside of building looks neglected. Got a kick out of the kiosk atm!

The rooms were fine. It was quiet. The wi-fi was good. The breakfast was just okay.

There is not a 'physical' person for check in. There is a machine. I had to call the hotel to find out how to check in. Several minutes later the machine came to life. We went thru the process, this machine wouldnt dispense a key. So a 'manager' had to bring it to me. That took 5 minutes. The whole process was over 15 minutes, most of the time had me standing in an unwelcoming room waiting. Not a positive experience

Old hotel property. However, rooms were very clean. Towels need to be updated. They were thin and rather small. Breakfast is only packaged cereal bars and donuts.

It was the first time I've checked into a hotel without interacting with an actual human. It was all done via kiosk. Unsettling to me to have my ID and credit card scanned. The room was a little dirty and had a musty odor. The bathroom had toilet paper and someone's hair pins and ties on the floor when we walked in so it obviously hadn't been swept. Would have requested a refund and found something else but vacancies were slim in town and we were very tired.

It was perfect for a place to rest our heads on a long trip. Had there been other options for our last minute choice, we would have picked something different. My biggest thing was the kiosk check-in. The thing worked without issue and I was able to understand the person on the other end. But I did not like using it. Our room was clean, except for the window sill that needed a good wiping. The building did have a musky smell. If you are just looking for a quick rest stop, this place will work. Just don’t have high expectations. Pros: clean bed, bigger than average fridge, microwave, hot water in the shower, breakfast, TV, working air. Cons: kiosk check-in (there is no front desk), limited outlets for charging, a musky smell in the whole building, breakfast was juice boxes and a bin of packaged snacks (honeybuns, donuts, cereal bars).

There are no office syaff on site, everything is done at a video kiosk. Dogs have to be on second floor.

Checked in by a computer with a representative and that’s ok. Room smelt musty! No coffee maker in room. Continental breakfast with limited items like prepackaged muffins, donuts. Very limited. You also had to put on your own pot of coffee. Hairdryer didn’t work needed to get someone to hold the button down to dry my hair. Went to have a shower and didn’t want to get my hair wet but got totally soaked by the under tap shower pull. No staff on site. This place has gone downhill since our last stay. It was also priced like top chain hotels. The owner needs to invest in a total refurbishment of this property. I would not advertise this property

Property was quiet outdated. Needs new carpet, new mattress, new showers. The free breakfast was expired danish. When checking in no staff only a terminal. When checking out staff said no paper receipts. Will never stay there again.

Overpriced for an old shabby room and a zoom check in from someone in the Philippines. That was ok but really confused an older man that was there . Though shabby the sheets and towels were bleached and there was no sign of bedbugs .
