This property is excellent even in the off-season. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Only “shortcoming” is that there is not a complimentary breakfast but there are plenty of options nearby and within the hotel, at a cost. We will be returning to this location!

1. The room was supposed to be 300sqft but in reality it looked like 150sqff. Very small for 5 people.
2. The room was old and looked like a cheap motel. Why do I overpay for this?
3. The sauna was close by 4. That was a biggest disappointment because the check in time was at 4pm. So if you stay for 1 night you can’t use saunas

I had to ask for coffee supplies for 2 days straight and bathroom tissue ran out. Other than that, it was good. I did notice that the room quality was not as it has been in the past and restrooms downstairs was needs some maintenance. Facets were worn and had white stuff on them.

After a long day of traveling I checked in late and retired to my room around 9:00 pm. The sink did not drain and the A/C thermostat did not work to adjust the room temperature in the room. I was exhausted and did not have the energy to go back and forth with the reception, wait for maintenance or move to another room. When I checked out the next morning I mentioned the issues encountered. The guest services were very apologetic and stated that there will be no charges. However since I made my reservation through Expedia. Expedia should issue me a refund for the total price of $262.06.
