The staff was awesome from the check in to the parking

They were very accommodating, went the extra mile for their guests on this occasion.

Our room was clean and comfortable. However loud noise from the highway woke me a few times during the night.

Quiet, clean and up to date hotel. Definitely recommend staying at this location.

Great location for some nightlife fun after our daytime fun at 6 Flags…easy drive from the park. Free parking and complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been nice, but not the end of the world.

From the minute we got to the property we were treated so kindly. The guys standing outside the door by the entrance to the ramp helped us with parking directions with friendly smiles. The ramp is a challenging drice with very low clearance and tight turns but we found close easy parking to the elevator. Front lobby is metropolitan decor and beautiful and staff were very kind and efficient. The room was fresh and clean and my only inconvenience was that the thermostat wouldn’t change to heat and the room was icy cold for us ( turning AC off didn’t get it very warm for the stay.). The shower is large and comfortable and had a hand held shower too. Soap bottles were full and there were plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable and had four feather pillows each. No noise from other rooms was heard. The pool is beautiful and warm and we enjoyed the covered area in the courtyard during a rainstorm. All in all it was the high quality I’ve come to expect from Marriott. Very pleased.

Would be five stars however there was food left in the refrigerator from previous guest. Also, a QR code in room with a number to text when you need help. Texted the number but never received a response.

everything ran smoothly

Room view was excellent.we had lost power at our home and was forced to stay in a hotel. The cost was high but it was very comfortable. They should have special rates for Springfield residents!

The sheets had stains on them. There should have been a microwave in the room itself. The microwave in the mini shop was filthy

Very clean, very friendly staff. Nice modern clean room. Lovely bedding. Nice bathroom. Only minor draw backs for me was our room had a rug floor, which I personally don't like, and overnight parking was $20.00 extra. Great stay and centrally located. Definitely would stay there again.
