Convenient location close to the airport and reasonable access to do all tourist activities on the island. Hotel provides complimentary shuttle, which I did not use. Exceptionally clean spacious quiet room with comfortable cozy beds. Clean bathroom. Courteous staff. Complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheet provided. 2 refillable sturdy non plastic water bottles offered at the time of check in with free unlimited access to drinking water during the stay. Parking on site was additional $15 per day, which was reasonable. Left luggage for the day in a big size easily accessible room after check out. Overall true Hawaiian hospitality noticed at this hotel. Would very highly recommend this hotel to any tourist visiting Maui.

We stayed in one of the non-renovated rooms, the furnishings are rather dated and the air conditioner was quite loud. Got to peek into one of the renovated rooms and those look really nice

The worst experience of my traveling life. I would not recommend unless you plan on being scammed and misinformed on processes. The clerk asked for a card for incidental charges the. Proceeded to charge me resort and room fees without authorization. Airport shuttle was one of the main reasons I selected this hotel for lodging only to find out that was out of commission as well as the pool for 3 days. O did I mention construction equipment at 6am in the morning. I would never book here again.

Really dissatisfied. Surprised by undisclosed fees. I am also upset that hotels.com allows this type of behaviors The extra resort fees and parking fee, and room guest / amenity per night makes the room so pricy that you had wished you've booked with Hilton in the first place

I liked the garden facing room And thanks for changing it from third floor to ground floor pool side facing ! It would be nice to have a vending machine installed. Also tea bags with coffee for guests. I didn’t get the wet warm refreshing towel welcome but it was nice to see for other guests. Bathrooms felt too small but I guess I a comparing it to five star hotels, but decent enough for single person. It would be nice to have breakfast included but never mind !! Hawaii is a great place !! Aloha !! Will return with minimal expectations 😊

Cockroach in the shower. Musty smell in the room. Pool under construction (should’ve mentioned this in the listing, not AFTER booking). Located in an industrial area. Staff at front desk super nice the only plus.

Room smelled like mildew. Pool was under renovation. Had to pay a "seervice " fee. Front desk person gave me room keys to a. Occupied room! Luckily i heard voices so i didnt walk in on them. Old out of style rooms.
