Overall great experience. My only gripe is the way the bathroom area is set up. If you are sharing the room with someone, it’s feels too exposed. Otherwise, the staff and accommodations were great!

I like the place is beautiful, fun, safe and easy parking. But I recommend the hotel should have the curtains to separate for the room, and some staff is not nice to help

Arrived at 5:30 and room was not ready. Staff said they would contact housekeeping and text us when room was available. Never texted, went back to front desk at 7 and had to remind them we were still waiting for our room.

I did take the bus to the harbor. The representative at the check-in desk said you pay a one-time fee of $5, and you can ride all day. You don't have to pay again. The bus driver said it was $4.25, and you have to pay each time. I paid for two people, and I didn't have exact change, so I put in $10. Coming back to the hotel, another driver said the price is $2.25 per person. Not sure why the first driver let me put in $10. This is not the hotel's fault; I just want them to know the cost is $2.25 for each ride. The drivers knew nothing about a one-time fee of $5.

It was a good experience, they hosted the USMC birthday ball with ease, the room was fantastic same as the sights, I’d book again it was worth it
