The moment we walked in we realized the ac wasnt working. Tried to call the desk with no answer. I went down to the desk and they sent someone to fux ut. I will say he was the only polite one we encountered. Half the lights in the room did not work. Outlets were broken, sink was broken and falling apart. Ice maker not working. Wires hanging out of the ac unit. There were 2 towels. Mind you i registered 4 guest. When i asked for 2 towels i was told there werent any. I reported the problems to the desk but she rolled her eyes and said she would look into it. I really think she was just giving lip service and wasnt going to do anything at all.

The place is in desperate need of updating. Carpet is frayed, bathroom fixtures loose, walls peeling paint, TV cables dangling, light fixture over desk blinks on and off, etc. Air conditioner is especially noisy. At breakfast, one choice of cereal, limited choices of anything else.

This property should be inspected and permit to operate revoked. I stayed four days and only received maid services one day. The advertised breakfast was a joke.

Booked two rooms, first room had dried bloodstained sheets, second room reeked of marijuana...so did the rhird and fourth we tried. Walked out, wondering how this place isnt shut down.

The amenities offered, such as gym is not available . There not even one on campus.. the rooms had what looked to be blood stains on the walls and ceiling. The fridge in the room smelled as if something died in it. No iron available in the room, the phone in the room did not work.

Our room did not have a clock, telephone, smoke detector, bath towels, coffee maker or ice bucket. The carpet was too dirty and sticky to walk barefooted. The breakfast area was trashy and didn't have much to offer so we passed. They didn't even bother to remove the chairs from the table tops.

The check in was fine. Elevator sounded like it was about to give out, stunk of marijuana. Got to my room had no cups for the coffee maker, the reservation said their was a hairdryer that was a lie, no batteries in the remote to use the TV, the wifi they offer is crappy. No breakfast at all as stated on said booking page. Also, the ice machine on the floor was broken. Housekeeping would take all dirty towels but not replace them with clean ones. The bed was horrible to sleep on. The person in a room beside me would slam doors all night, until wee hours of the morning. The staff is there for a paycheck and that's it! The place is a disaster! They make it sound like a great place to stay, no it is not.

My room was a bit worn in #218. The bathroom had damage along the floor. Some items were missing. For me, it was no issue. Others might find that unacceptable.
Internet connection was. It was quiet. Bed was firm but not not uncomfortable. Morning breakfast was adequate - cereal & yogurt hit the spot. I'd give the experience 3.5 out of 5. Staff was nice and room cleaner came by around 9:30A, politely knocking.
Work on the upkeep of the rooms, improve the lighting as well. (Make sure you check all the drawers for items.)

Check in was easy. We got to our room, dropped off our luggage, and went to visit family. We were late getting back - midnight-ish. And as we started to get ready for bed, realized that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The hotel said we would have to move to a different room to have a shower curtain, so we packed back up and relocated. Overall - the rooms were nicer than the bathrooms. And it all just needs a little more attention and updates - mostly cosmetic.
