We only stayed here due to a delay in our connection at Philly airport so we were only there for a few hours. The front desk women was very friendly and got us checked in quickly so we could get to bed as fast as possible. The hotel is clean, pretty well updated, lots of outdoor lighting in the parking lots so you feel safe, comfortable beds, microwave and refrigerators in each room. 24/7 shuttle available for the airport. I would definitely go there again if I need a room in the Philadelphia area. Best of all it was a great deal.

The AC/Heat unit is sorta loud seem like it had trouble regulating the temp in the room.
The lighting could be brighter or least have an option for brighter lighting.
The room was clean but dated. Decent stay for just a night.

checked in on a Sat at 5:30 and waited 30 min as there was only one girl behind the desk. My room was paid for in full yet the hotel took a $250 deposit for incidentals even though there is nothing to take. no food, no mini bar, literally nothing. Then I'm told at check out the $250 will be returned in 2-3 business days. Thats a really under handed policy. So the hotel gets to collect thousands of dollars every night, earn interest on it and then return it at their leisure.

We book here because it is close to family when we are visiting the area. The rooms are clean. The food is mediocre - usually a hit or miss. We go to the convenience store next door for coffee. There is a diner not too far that we go to at least one during a visit. I don't know why I heard the shower every morning at 5AM next door. We had to reset our key first night. The TV lost connection the last night we stayed. The heating in the room had to be controlled by the unit under the window. The thermostat did nothing.

Hotel war ok, leider miserabler Shuttle-Service. Trotz Anruf beim Hotel für Shuttle kam dieser nicht. Nach langem Warten kam Nachricht, dass dieser ausser Betrieb sei. Wir sollen mit dem Taxi zum Hotel kommen. Das Geld für das Taxi wurde trotz Versprechen nie überwiesen.
Um 4 Uhr Morgens wieder Shuttle zum Flughafen. Diesmal kam ein Shuttle, fuhr jedoch 5 Minuten zu früh los und liess einige Gäste im Hotel zurück. Dieser Shuttle ist nicht zumutbar!!!

The receptionist seemed to be asking for a favor with a bad face, they charged me a deposit of $250.00 $89.81 (the receptionist could not explain this amount, she said she would return it to my account and so far nothing), I have never paid such a high deposit in any of my trips. The air conditioning system in the room was faulty, I changed rooms easily, without any problems, the breakfast is good.

missed our flight and had to book a last minute room. Dayshift mgr was kind & helpful. He got us in a room immediately & arranged airport shuttle for the next day. shuttle ran late but only 10min from airport. hotel parking & shuttle is the way to go!!!

The location was very convenient. With that being said the hotel itself was not very good. After checking in an paying for my our stay online the rep at the desk still stepped to charge me. The beds were advertised as queen but were full size. The walls were so thin we heard guests next to us having a regular conversation. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
