The room was amazing. As a taller guy I really appreciated the king size bed. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed something. There area was very walkable with many places to eat and other attractions within easy walking distance if you're inclined.

This is a fantastic hotel! I went to a concert at The Whiskey (Sophie Lloyd!) and it was a super easy, 5 minute walk) to the venue. Super glad I stayed here.

For being such an elitist boutique hotel, they really missed the mark on taking care of their guests. We were told to go up to the bar and bide our time for half an hour while the receptionist was on break at 5:30 in the afternoon. The bar was full of loud, rowdy and pompous people who didn’t even make room for a guest to order a drink. The place is pretentious and without good reason.

This place was sooo awesome first time staying there and I'll be back - close to all the cool rock clubs and The Rainbow - The Whisky a gogo - it was basically an apartment very nice -

Andrew was rude. He was stalking my friends and I. We felt very unsafe. Every time he would walk near us stare us down. Whenever my friends and I were out and about, he continued to make comments to us and just respect us. We definitely will not be back as we do not feel safe.

Location was great in a residential area, the room was pretty spacious with large screen TVs and a balcony, bathroom was spacious too. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Just the parking was super expensive @65 a day.

My stay at the Montrose exceeded all our expectations. It was comfortable, pleasant, quiet and everyone on the staff was positive and helpful. I am planning to stay here many more times when I visit LA! The amenities like the pool and the tennis court are great, too!

I could not fault this hotel - a great find. The location within walking distance of both Sunset Strip and Santa Monica Boulevard was excellent whilst still being in a quiet residential area. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The room size and roof top pool with city views were also a great bonus.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Weho! We loved staying at this hotel. The artwork in the lobby and the room is so contemporary and interesting. We got a lovely upgrade to a larger room with a gorgeous view of the Hollywood hills. Very walkable area. Front desk and bell staff were all so welcoming.
