The room was dirty and the entire place smelled like mildew. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets didn’t even seem clean. I had to go buy my own hair dyer and towels. Very old, outdated, dirty unsanitary and run down. Never again.

Overall this property is in a good geographic location- the overall room needs renovation though in that it lacks a cell charging area(loose outlets)
Towels were (2) for two people- totally inadequate- the room was large but not proportioned well. They need to address the cleaning staff and vacuum more and dust off - carpets to bedspread needs cleaning-
I see that some things like shower head had been replaced and the bathroom was clean- the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.
Overall I think they need to be more involved in property.
The front desk (young man)was very good and friendly and in a late arrival (early 1am) it was less than 1min.
seriously-👍For a short overnight stay they’re perfect and not overpriced-

Very dirty room.
I found cigarette butts on a picture frame.
Blankets had cigarette burn holes.
Blankets also had stains and smudges.
I did not stay the night I was very uncomfortable with the room.

Some things don’t work hair dryer falls out the wall tile from shower fell out all electrical plugs in the wall are so loose that you charger will not stay in there is always other people hair everywhere it’s not a good spot but it’s what u pay for

I arrived at 7:20pm and there was no one in the lobby. I rang the bell, called, waited and no one showed up to check me into the hotel! There was another guest that showed up after my arrival and we both waited and we finally left. I was very upset and had to find another property to stay for the night in a pinch.

My wife and I were in town for a funeral. This was the closest place to my families house. Room was not serviced once in 4 days. The pictures on Expedia are completely misleading. About the best I can say was it was shabby.

This business must be reported to the consumer protection agency and be immediately shut down. Absolutely nonexistent hygiene ( stains everywhere) and they don’t even provide hand soap and shampoo but they happily charge you $. Enjoy your stay if you are not shot by the neighbor!

Room was filthy. Trash still left from previous customers. You stick to the floor. Desk missing knob and they just had a bolt out. Dust bunnies on the floor. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Towels had lipstick stains and when you asked for a clean one the get pissed. Worst customer service. Pictures on the site are not what you get. Bug traps on the floor. I guess since this is a bad review they won't let me upload the picture but i am sending them to the health board in California.

I wasn't allowed any visitors they wouldn't let me pay for any additional people.
There was no batteries in the remote no refridgerator which i paid for and a broken bed.
I'll never go here again.

There were ants everywhere. Room service never came to clean the room. The run is very run down. No microwave. I had booked a two bed room for three people. The man told me only two people and one person per bed. Very ridiculous.
