Convenient for an overnight stay near Newark airport. Motel was clean but basic. Area was quite noisy. Free airport shuttle , although we had to wait 40 minutes after calling the hotel to collect us from the airport.

The room was much smaller than pictured. Barely anything worked and the walls had holes in them. We saw 2 roaches and immediately left the room. They offered another room but I would’ve preferred a refund. Although it was a smoking room, it was no where near as kept as the non smoking rooms.

Started with clerk's wrong directions to the shuttle pickup, then 50 minutes fir it to come. Room had no pillow cases or towels, and one of the pillows had a blood stain on it. Toilet didn't flush right and bathroom door handle was falling off. Property was generally not maintained well at all.

Terrible place. Dirty with bugs in the bathroom. Faulty shower handle I thought it would come right off in my hand. It was a last minute booking when we missed our flight due to the airline but no help from them. Only good thing was they offered shuttle to and from every 15 minutes

Would not recommend. Almost everything in the room was broken or damaged, there was a large gap under the room door which made it freezing all night. We didn't use the shower as we felt we'd come out dirtier than we went in. Staff were unwelcoming and at times rude.

I have to call twice in order to get the shuttle bus, overall It took like 40 min to arrive at the airport.
The AC hang in the wall just next to the bed was very noise and it was so difficult to get sleep.
The room was not that clean and also it looks very old. The guy in the front desk was focus in a conversation with a friend and he was not attentive with the guests at all.
Overall, the location is convenient for overnight stay but the service is not good at all, I would not recommend this place.

Hardly any amenities, a single mini bar of soap near the sink. No remote control for TV
On the positive side, the heater was working.
It was great to have transportation to airport but driver was rude, demanded a tip even though jetney was included into hotel price

Nick at front desk was good at his job. The other people at the front desk should never be permitted to work in customer service EVER. Very rude and unfriendly. The shuttle service would leave you stranded.

I travel to many places every month, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had! Dirty hotel, rude staff, a poorly functioning toilet, a filthy room, and the worst location. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there!

There were 2 leaks in the roof of our bathroom. We called about this twice and no one ever came to do anything.
There were also cockroaches in the bathroom.

Almost everything in the room was broken. The taps, door latches, floor…the bathroom was dirty and there was a gap under the room door that let in the cold air.
We weren’t expecting a palace, but for the price paid, we were most definitely expecting a smile at check in and a room that didn’t resemble an abandoned motel.
