The Deluxe room we got this time is very very small compared to the Deluxe room I got before, the bed takes up way too much room.

We were able to stay in a "deluxe room" this go around. I love the new look. The only complaint is the room is so small! If you are by yourself, then I can see it being accommodating, but two adults can barely squeeze by each other in the room. 😬😬

I liked that when I checked in and my room was dirty, the lady at the front desk didnt argue with me one bit about switching to a different room.

Love the new updated room! Only complaint is that it is a little small, would love if they could be more spacious, but in a perfect world. The bathrooms are so nice with the new countertops. Thanks again for being awesome!

It was clean. It was safe. It was cozy and warm and front desk staff congenial. The room smelled like someone had been frying oil in there for some time. Old, rank, frying oil is what it smelled like.

One maid was extremely rude. Was there for multiple days and she almost didnt give me any clean towels. Barely got her to hand me one. Others that came around were nice enough.

The shower is like a jail cell. Hopefully they fixed the internet and room key problems. I had to go up and down three times to get my card reactivated for two days. The rep said they are setting up a new internet and new security system etc..
