The manager so sweet, Very nice and always want to help for any situation. The room excellent. Nice cleaned smelling good. All the areas clean too . Of course soon we come back there! Thank you. Motel 6 for the opportunity the customer can have the pet and taking care about it.

I am normally just fine with Motel 6s. This one was terrible. The bathtub was coming apart and had mold along the seems of the tub. The spout was rusted and the tub had drip marks between the scum. It looked like they just sprayed it with cleaner but never actually cleaned it. The pillows were paper thin. The front desk could care less.

Door could be locked when leaving for the day, it would open with a push. Did not close properly had to be slammed to engage manual bolt from inside. No toilet paper. Loud adjoing guests kept me up most of night. Mattress was soft and not comfortable

Overall, the property was clean. The problem I experienced was that there was not any refrigerator or microwave in my room. My reservation included these basic amenities which are essential services that would make my stay easier and more pleasant at this hotel. When I went to the office to inquire about this matter, I was told by the front staff that, per management, I have to pay an additional $7 a day or $45 a week to rent the refrigerator or microwave. I asked for a document stating that, none was provided to me. I ended up paying for one during my one-week stay. I canceled my additional stay for another 7 days.

They cancelled my reservation literally just when I showed up saying that the hotel was booked and would not take the expedían reservation. Sorry but was not professional they had me looking for another hotel in the middle of the night at last minute. I’m not satisfied

this is the worst property I've ever stayed at. had to switch rooms three different times. doors didn't lock cockroaches flies. it was a mess. furniture broken. yeah don't stay there. it's ridiculous

When I Arrived to do the checking they tells there is not room even though I have a reservation already paid they told me that was a their system was not working right

We booked a stay here through Expedia. When we arrived we were denied entry and the staff told us it was first come first serve. That was after we had booked a reservation!
