Motel 6 Greensboro, NC - I-40

Good

Upon arrival there was no bedspread or blanket on the bed. When I requested bedding I was given an old blanket. There was one small towel in the bathroom for two people so another trip to the office was made to get more towels.

Issue with the faucets and bathroom

I COULDNT EVEN CHECK IN

We had to kill way too many roaches within the first 45 min of checking in. All the rooms were like that apparently so we just ended up leaving and getting the refund. We opened the fridge and there were roaches in the door

Great accommodation of my need for no stairs. The heat worked well - wonderful in December. Drawbacks- cockroaches in the bathroom, and holes in the wall.

Could not stay in these rooms… the mattresses were black with grime, no doors on cabinets, shower floor was duct taped together and one of the toilets was inoperable. I told management that the room was too nasty to sleep in, he said he understood and I would be refunded. It has been 2 months and still no refund!

I have never stayed at a motel 6 that it was in such rundown and dirty. I have also never stayed in any hotel that did not at least have a TV in the room this one had no TV it was supposed to be a studio place so that you're expecting a refrigerator a stove it did have a stove that did not work there was no refrigerator no microwave and there was no cover on the air conditioner in the room talk about an eyesore it was nasty and my final statement is I do believe that if Tom Odell knew the state of that motel he would not only not leave the lights on he would close those doors and lock them up tight. And when I asked about a discount because of all the things that were not in that room I was told no that's the rate you pay I'll never stay there again and I will spread the word via Google reviews about the state of condition of this particular location

No towels,blankets or remote for the TV. Kinda nasty

Couldn't even check-in, it showed they had a room available, but once I got there the guy didn't help us out with that, just told us: "there's none available". Not a good experience to have at 11:00 p.m. after a long drive.

They had roaches, no towels, no bed cover. Maid never came we had to clean our own room, no cleaning supply's

Windows busted out of room no blanket on bed issued a refund..

Booked a room online took my money just to get there and they don’t have any rooms

I will not ever stay at this particular location again .

The main office looked in a state of disrepair. The room was a studio suite with a kitchenette. The bed was made perfectly however the walls, refrigerator, and doors were marked and banged up. The dresser drawer fronts were hanging off the drawers. The drapes on either end could no longer be attached to the rail. The suite door locking mechanism was loose on the door. On the inside the door lock had a sticker on it that said, once in the suite, for my security I should use the dead bolt. I did not feel safe staying there so I found somewhere else to stay. The pictures shown on the website do not represent the rough state the the hotel. Note: Property is being used for short/long term rentals.

Travel for work, construction. Cheap price, but dirty. Refrigerator not in room, broken electric stove. No batteies in remote. Dark parking lot. Unable to switch rooms. Stayed one night and slept on top of bedding with towel over pillows. Unless refurbished stay away!

This place is disgusting

I only stayed for an evening at the property for a work commitment in the morning but staying for that one evening at this motel was horrible. This property is in need of a complete overhaul and deep clean. The 3rd floor room wasn’t an issue until I found out, no working elevator. I get to the room to unlock it; it already looks like the door needs to be replaced because it feels like someone previously tried to break in the room. The only saving grace and solution for that was the deadbolt. Once you walk-in the room, you have a leaky AC unit with the water dripping into the only trash can in the room, the boxspring and a portion of the mattress looked very soiled and brown, the furniture in the unit looks like it hasn’t been dusted or cleaned in awhile, the kitchenette wasn’t clean or functional, the toilet in the bathroom has cigarette butts and a used bar of soap in it, also no toilet paper. Lastly, no entertainment value because what was thought to be a working TV was a broken TV with a smashed screen. Even walking through the complex, it felt a bit unsafe, the trash looks like it hasn’t been taken out in days, passing through to go to the parking, you see open windows of unfinished units with little to no furniture; then you have your front desk clerk, who I’m sure is a decent worker when it applies but having your friends hang out where you work, smoking and whatever else they were into this evening is a don’t. I will never return to this place ever again, I refuse.

This property was horrible the room was infested with roaches. The shower was messed up. We only had a sheet on the bed the door barely closed.

Had roaches it was awful I would like a refund
