Very functional room in a good location for a good price. Would stay here again.

Desk staff were professional and kind. After discussing the smoke odor for two nights, it was a bit better on the last night.

I liked the room was in good condition but the pillows had a strong smoke odor when I got the room said it was a non smoking room but it wasn’t

I will never stay at this property again. It was disgusting. The bathroom had mold everywhere inside the shower and on the shower, curtain railing, the shower was leaking the whole time, there is no heater in the room or air conditioning, there was such a strong smell from an ozone machine that it made it impossible to sleep without having the window open the whole night. The walls are paper, thin, and you could hear everything. The neighbors were doing on either side of the room.

Our stay was overall very poor. In the room we had initially booked, the toilet had overflowed from the tank upon arrival, literally after first use. Customer service had moved us into another room since maintenance was no longer on the premise, which was fine. The second room we were given was uncomfortable at best. The room was freezing despite trying to keep the heat up. There was one night where I had set the thermostat to 72 degrees and woke up in the middle of the night to it at 84 degrees. I couldn’t get it to stop going up in temperature until I turned it off. Then our room keys wouldn’t work properly. First my husband’s, which we had to ask to have fixed. Then mine, which I also had them fix. Then mine again, despite it working after having checked the last time. We gave up at that point. We were booked for three nights and left after two. We couldn’t stand to spend another night there. We’ve stayed at Motel 6’s before and know what to expect, but this has been by far the worst experience we’ve had.

Room.was dirty and so was second room that was given floor boards peeling up assuming from animals peeing on the floor and sever water damage...house keeping stole my things out of my room and front desk was no help and still cannot get a hold of anyone i asked about policy about items in room and lost and found and items left in room they claim they hold onto for 30 days as i had money in the room as no one will throw out money Patricia i want my cash and scratch ticket and joints back

shower had pubic hair in it from previous people that stayed in the room. Water never stopped dripping in the shower beds were nicely made with hair on them front desk. Staff was really nice. Location was quiet. Nice area to rest your head for the night.

Noisy and much commotion outside due to traffic and other guests but good value for the money.

Door would open if it was not slammed shut, shower leaked all night and if you didnt higgle the toilet handle it ran leaking water.

Room was dirty and the shower stall was so small you couldn’t even move. Water pressure was so low it may not have even been running. Bed was terrible no decent bedding . Outlets didn’t work, place was noisy . No housekeeping service at all. I can wasn’t sure expecting the Ritz but I sure got the most bare bones option they had

Clean and simple

I booked least expensive room because i was there to work and had to deduct cost of room from wages. I didn't expect much except a clean bed. The room was very clean the bed very comfortable. Towels of good quality. Bathroom clean and shower water pressure great. Housekeeping excellent in getting me requested hand and face cloths and taking my garbage and giving me more trash liners. They were very prompt with my requests. I would stay here again but upgrade for a larger room. I didn't have microwave or frig or coffee tea pot. I didn't pay for that. Odd incident as i was checking out very early morning. There appeared to be someone sleeping under the stairwell near my front door. I could see a lot of stuff under stairwell but didn't really see the person. Sleeping bag and clothing items. It was dark when i left. I wasn't too concerned about it. Just shut my door as i made several trips to load my car. I travel with protection but i didn't feel like the situation was a problem. I am sure my slamming car doors while loading disturbed them more than they disturbed me.

Checked in to one room, which had a defective lock. OK, switched to another room. Came back later and someone else is in my room! Front desk has no clue. Then third room not only is a downgrade (booked & paid for a shower tub combo), but the heat doesn’t work, never got above 65 degrees! Had to check out early and lose the non refundable 3rd night. Really poor experience!

Never again. Only stayed because it was close to the hospital for a an emergency surgery. But will never make that mistake again. Room was covered in hair, shower awa well. Will never make this mistake again.
