We were immediately greeted in a very nice lobby by a lovely young lady who was very helpful. Everything was clean. I would definitely stay there again as I’m traveling through. The bed was a little hard.

I was unable to call the Hotel.The Nb.given per e-mail was incorrect.tThere are ton's of info about the reservation,but address and phone Number was not one of it??This is very important for Guests,so they know where to go!!

Generally, it was clean, however there was no hot water in the shower. The sink had hot water so I suspect the mechanism in the shower handle was broken. It would turn well past the “off”position. Room was very stuffy and warm. Put AC on and had to turn it down to 64 to make it start to blow cool air. I planned to report it to the staff as we were checking out, but there was no one at the desk at 9am. Had booked another stay for next weekend’s VMI football game. Have since canceled the reservation and will be staying elsewhere.

This place is PERFECT if you have dogs with you. The grassy area is large and safe.
This hotel is right off the highway too. Next door is a Dunkins.

It was acceptable. The only weird part was when I asked the guy for two keys, he fumbled for a minute or so, then told me I could have one key. He didn't say, "for some reason my key maker doesn't want to work right now, but I'm happy to slide a second one under your door before the day is through"... he said, "you can have one. "

They do a great job maintaining this property. I stayed at a place across the street a week prior and it wasn't nearly as clean for twice the price. I will certainly stay here again when I'm passing through.

We needed a bed and the laminate floors looked cleaner than carpet in similar hotels. It was clean and convenient to the highway, but don’t expect much else. The sheets and the comforter were kinda of thin and no shampoo was provided. But if you need a clean bed for a somewhat reasonable price then, why not.
