Overall awful .

The rooms are very very dirty you can see like the counters full of dirt the toilet was disgusting full of pee and smelled bad and there was no light in the restroom. The sink was clogged and one reason why I will never book there ever again is because the beds are the most horrible beds I’ve ever slept in . I even chose the deluxe double queen beds which they charge extra and it was terrible. Never in my life have I encountered a room this bad and the fact that they allow children is heart breaking.

the A/C was not connected，I have to call the front desk，first they told me there is nobody available to help me，I told them I need take shower，the room is cold，how can I take shower without A/C on，they finally got someone to help me。also the room has no trash can，when I came back for diner late night，I ask front desk to send me a trash can，they told me they will send someone，but they never did.

I like the garden I don’t like that the room didn’t have microwave/refrigerator.

You will be safer sleeping in a park; of course they won’t refund but you’d be better loosing that money than sleeping around crckhds and homeless: I know that bar is low but they managed to still surprise me; in a bad way

Location is unsafe for anyone utilizing these place. Its filthy, floor is not swift. Cigarettes left on the floor.. ashes everywhere. Pet friendly but their poops are not collected and dried up at the grounds. Trash bins is not filled up and no one even emptied it. Total disappointment. Towels is limited.

I have booked the hotel from 1/8/2025 to 1/10/2025 2 nights through Hotel.com. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was not clean. Many scraps of used tissue paper on the floor and hair/juice stains on the sheets. The pillowcases were also used. I asked the lady at the counter to replace them with new ones and clean them. She told me they had no extra pillowcases and sheets, and the cleaning staff was not available. I asked for a full refund and the lady said I had to talk to her manager the next day or I could go somewhere else. So I stayed the first night and checked out around 8:30 the next morning. I sent multiple messages through Hotel.com asking for a refund for the next day, but still no response. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and one of the beds was damaged and tilted back when I lay on it. It shows a refrigerator is included on the Hotel.com, but there was none. Do not waste your time here. I was a solo traveler and ended up staying somewhere else the 2nd night. Room smelled horrible and felt like I was in a jail cell

Imagine Expedia said you could checked in by 3:00pm for the room, I booked at 3:30pm. I got there like 3:35. And the front RUDE female staff told me to come back in an hour because their room isn’t ready yet. I asked her if she could make it a little quicker since I’m already there. She said “No, we’re short staffed”(With an attitude), I asked for a refund because they couldn't provide me a room for a posted check in our. She told me to contact expedia. And I contacted expedia 3 times, all they said was they couldn’t contact the property or the was dropped. Overall, The property sucks, The management is useless and the front counter staff is rude, not helpful. P.S Not recommended for this place if you’re looking for a good customer service.

Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve had. Some of the staff were nice, others were just rude with attitudes. Also some janky people like to hang around here, be mindful of the randoms walking around, day OR night!

When it’s time for me to check in at 3pm, the staff tells me that they don’t have room available. They said is not cleaned yet. Terrible service

This place is so dirty and had cockroaches crawling everywhere... it's disgusting. Did not stay the night. Felt unsafe as soon as we arrived. A lot of people out in premises outside of their rooms.

Probably the worst ever - dogs barking all night next hotel door room ! People fighting outside - we left at 3am cause we couldnt sleep. We told the hotel receptionist and didnt care

Should have known from the deal & it was a sketchy area when I seen the dope heads. No blankets, no towels , no refrigerator, no trashcan at this point it’s a shell that smells horrible. I repeat dope heads everywhere again . Only good thing about it is the receptionist was nice and the parking was visible. Never again . I mean NEVER

Roaches,dirty floors,no blanket or bed spread,dogs barking,partying,broken toilet.Rooms smelled like trash. Didn't feel safe here. Do not recommend.!

Sorry to say but i had to cancel my stay at this hotel. It was very nasty and customer service was horrible. I wouldn't even give them a star

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL 6. This place doesn't deserve any stars. I had a booking for two nights the week of Thanksgiving. A roach fell on me as I was sleeping. I turned the lights on and found more roaches on the wall and behind the tv. I didn't say anything that night because i was really tired so I slept with the lights on to keep them away. The mattress was terrible l've had better sleep on floor. They offered to switch my room and I said yes, second room was just as bad. Floor was dirty, hair everywhere. The towels had hair and stains on them. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't see the refund I was promised. I try calling and no one answers. I will be calling the department of consumers affairs and LA county department of public health to report the unsanitary conditions and to request an inspection.

Had to switch rooms cuz the bed was dented in and roaches were in the room plus the loud noise from people hanging out in front.. there was no wifi the water pressure in the sink was low af the ice machine never worked the microwave was filthy the bathroom smells like an old sewer the door doesn't shut all the way have to force close really hard no hand towels or dry off towels they were all the medium towels I forgot my shoes in the room when checked out I went back for them they said nobody turned them in which I understand my fault for forgetting brand new nike slides ..overall worst motel ive stayed in and ive stayed in multiple motel 6 and this one bar far wat dirt cheap and I could say you get what you pay for
