Motel 6 San Antonio, TX - Northwest Medical Center

The room is very small. It didn't even have a microwave. Other guests complained about their room being dirty and smelly.

Was NOT able to check in

One night in San Antonio. Just needed a place to stay overnight. No frills, typical Motel 6. Clean room, bath and average bed. Price good for area.

The manager was a con artist and tacked on late fees and extra charges over $100 and moved us into 3 different rooms that got progressively worse.

Average room. Ok if you don’t want to spend much money.

I was happy with my stay here! I was able to relax and refresh for my stay here! I’m glad there are restaurants near by! Thank you for my guest experience!

The room smelled like stale cigarettes back to 1980 and I was told it was smoke free. I also killed a roach in the bathroom. The pillows only had one thin cover and the actual pillow was dirty and exposed at the ends.

Construction equipment in front no where close to eat I walked around in the dark side walks.

This was the very very worst hotel dirty and dirty walls.Bed sheets had stains all over and burn cigarettes hotel in sheets Not a family place to stay at all! It was just Nasty all around. Bathroom door lock was broken with door broken into also..

Have stayed several times and keep coming back because it’s accessible

blood stains on sheets, homeless sleeping in the common area stairs and horrible herb sustenance smell.

Everything was perfect.

Staff should make their family guests aware that they have rooms with a refrigerator and a microwave. Also the linens and towels need to be replaced or washed more thoroughly seeing stains and hair in towels is grotesque.

I didn’t like that there was no microwave or refrigerator

Room floors were stained with black ink, bed sheets were stained, pillows were stained, towels were all stained, and the room smelled like cigarettes. Don’t recommend staying at this place unless you really need a room. The service attendant was nice and welcoming though.

So I show up they give me a room on the ground floor..ac does not turn on at all. They move me to second floor ac does not turn off, tv is not working , kept scrambling the hole time

Our room was broken into within less than a day of our stay. Strangers going through our belongings while we were away from the motel we caught them running away when we get back to our room. When we reported it to the receptionist upon our return, they said they would check the security cameras, but it turns out the cameras only provide live video with no recording. Thirty minutes after, we witnessed two individuals attempting to enter multiple rooms on the property. Despite our requests, the front desk claimed they couldn't take action and refused to refund us for the night we didn't stay. They kept giving us the runaround, insisting they needed to speak to the manager who was unreachable for two days. We haven't received any updates and feel they're not making any effort to assist us.
