This is an opulent place but in the end you get what you pay for. The grounds are impeccable and the common areas in the lobby are beautifully done. We were treated exceptionally well at the restaurants here and the food was delicious. If you ordered something with French fries they came warm and crispy. You could tell the food was chef prepared for example the guacamole was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The bed is so inviting that you could sleep all day if you wanted to. The place is luxurious.

We had an amazing time at the resort, but there were a few issues that stood out. When I mentioned that my food wasn’t cooked to my liking, multiple staff members rushed over, making the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. Additionally, despite tipping well on the first day, we received no poolside service for the rest of our stay. Lastly, the bathroom shower door was visibly unstable and a major safety concern. While the overall experience was enjoyable, attention to these details would improve the guest experience.

Although not on the beach, the hotel still has fabulous beach and city views. A quick walk or tram ride gets you to a very nice beach. There is a solid restaurant on the beach, and great eating options on site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Staff was friendly and attentive. In room towel service was a 3 or 4 out of 5, and the room and hallways were frigid. These are our only two "complaints". Valet crew was fabulous. Jeff, our breakfast waiter, was awesome.

So I love the location of this property, but I was disappointed that we had no beach access because they use a trolley system and you’re not allowed to walk on the boardwalk without the trolley and the trolley was not running because of the weather. We got spa services and I was disappointed in the quality of a massage. It also felt a little rushed by itself was nice and the hot tub and ice plunge and steam room were fantastic. The most disappointing part is that we came in at night and one of the restaurants was closed that we wanted to go to, so we had to eat in the bar and there was really no private quiet dining because it was part of a very busy bar And then at 7:45 even though we were on the top floor the 18th level, which was beautiful construction workers started banging in the elevator right outside our room and threw the pipe system in the hotel and it took about 10 minutes to get them to stop after asking really was looking forward to trying to sleep in a little bit so it was incredibly disappointing

It happened to be cold week unfortunately, but there is no heat in the rooms and the pool and hot tubs were then closed. We would have gotten in the hot tub if available. I just think it should be up to the individual person if they want to swim or do anything outdoors . It should still be available.

This is a huge hotel and VERY noisy. Not relaxing at all. Music by the pool is loud and constant. They almost never turn it down. Hard to get any peace and quiet. Not sure what the neighbors think about this constant barrage of noise but it’s irritating. Would not stay here again.

The only negative mark I would give the Grand was not being told about the parking fees daily until I checked out. The only thing that was said to me was that they had new staff and they were deeply sorry for the inconvenience. Just make sure you read all the fine print!

Beautiful one nighy stay. The view from our balcony was awesome! Shower was big and clean! Dinner on property was delicious!!!Room service was prompt! Staff we interacted with were incredibly helpful!
